I visited this dealership for my first dealer vehicle and the staff was outstanding! Konal was my salesperson and he was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable in his job and addressed every single concern of mine. He explained all the features of my new vehicle in detail and helped me set up all the safety features in the car within minutes. They are very transparent with their deals and I absolutely loved their service. Even when I was trading in my car, every single staff member was extremely helpful in trying to get my rearview mirror out of the socket. Very friendly staff, amazing service, and management. Definitely recommend for your next vehicle!

We are always pleased with the service we receive at Waterloo Honda. Checking our car in for service is quick, the service advisors are excellent, the work is completed correctly the first time. When unexpected surprises do occur, a service advisor contacts us personally to explain the problem with an estimate of the costs to address the issue. Once the work is complete, we are notified both by phone and text that our car is ready for pick up. I highly recommend Waterloo Honda for all your auto servicing needs.

Very helpful advisor (Thoma). No complaints. Not totally related but I wonder why Waterloo Honda feels the need to send innumerable messages and emails - several a day in some cases, to remind me of the appointment. That is very annoying and I feel a simple confirmation of the appointment ONCE, it’s all that is needed!

My service advisor (Bruce) was extremely polite and friendly. The entire experience was quick, thorough and pleasant. Could never take my Honda anywhere else for service.

I am happy that during the recent appointment at Waterloo Honda not only I got the tires swapped, rare brakes serviced, and picked up touch-up paint at the same time which was ordered two days earlier through the call with the advisor.
