I have been going to In-Motion Physiotherapy for around 2 months now. Namita’s a saviour! I can’t thank her enough for all her help in my recovery. I had pretty severe back, chest and neck pains from an accident and within no time I was feeling better after going to her. She is so kind, interactive and definitely very determined to get to the bottom of all your pains so you can get back to feeling yourself. Be ready for some great “lectures” on your body and exercises to help speed up your recovery process. Highly recommend going to see her!

I have been coming to In Motion Physiotherapy and Wellness since last year due to a rear ender in early 2022. My physiotherapist is Namita and she is awesome, compassionate and caring. I’ve been very well cared for and would suggest to anyone to go to this clinic.

She has been treating my shoulder, neck, and back and has reduced my pain, and improved my quality of life immensely by applying her extensive knowledge, experience and skill. She is always cheerful, and a pleasure to see. She pushes me to do my exercises and to focus on taking care of myself between physio visits, which I really appreciate. Namita is awesome!! I came to In Motion due to a bad shoulder injury that I sustained at work. I really am grateful that during this difficult time I had someone that I could trust. Namita not only took a genuine interest in my treatment and recovery but she was also a strong advocate when I needed one. I wanted to share that Namita was a god sent for me. With her caring and expertise I have had enormous success in healing after my car accident in January. I finally feel that I am well on my way to recovery. Namita is firm and holds you accountable to doing the exercises that are needed.
