Ordered furniture with an expected delivery date around my move in date. Received a confirmation of delivery date for 2 days after our expected move, which was fine and reschedule our move around the delivery of the furniture.First delivery attempt, delivery team showed up, measure everything and said it wouldn't fit. I checked the measurements against the website, and there was no reason why it wouldn't fit. To be clear, the measurements were taken by their team, not me. Rescheduled delivery for the next day.Delivery attempt #2, Ashley sent the WRONG furniture out for delivery. Try to call customer care, it's closed. Store is still open so I drive to the store for the second time since my furniture was supposed to be delivered. Was told the manager was in first thing tomorrow and I would hear back from her.Didn't hear from the manager, so went to the store and was told the manager was in a meeting and wouldn't be available for over an hour. Finally she came out of the office, refused a refund and told me to leave the store as I had become aggravated that no one seemed to want to actually tell me when I could get furniture delivered.Called customer care, was put on hold multiple times to ultimately be transferred to a supervisor who informed me that if I wanted a refund for my order that they had failed to deliver twice I would be subject to a 10% fee.This is an absolute joke of a store that has zero concern for their customer's time. All I wanted was an update as to when my furniture was going to be delivered.Wouldn't recommend shopping at this store to anyone.

Terrible, terrible service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My salesperson was Jay. He sold me the wrong couch. The couch I sat on was a power recliner and the couch I got was a manual recliner. When I called to let them know, they told me to sign off on the couch and they’d get me the one I was promised. The salesperson then tried to tell me I was being “difficult” because I wanted the couch I was promised at the price I was paying. We agreed on a discount but no word came through for 3 weeks. I was calling, emailing and I even went in person. I got ignored everytime. After ignoring all my calls and messages, I finally got through to a manager who was able to give me a small discount. Not worth the hassle or the very very poor customer service I recieved. Do not go here!

This whole, positive experience was made possible by the lovely saleswoman Faith. I was looking for a specific sofa, which Ashley had IN STOCK and Faith price checked it for me. She was so personable, pleasant and understanding that it's been a month and I'm still thinking about it. Faith also helped me with picking out a mattress and gave me honest advice dependent on my budget.She was such a light to be around and shop with , great energy and knowledge!I picked everything up from the Ashley Warehouse later that night and couldn't be happier :)

Generally I have had a positive experience purchasing from Ashley HomeStore. In the past we had purchased a large sectional, 2 couches and a few other items.This time we were looking for an additional couch for our bonus room. My wife went in there to have a look and they provided her with a price. Afterwards we decided to take their offer and were willing to pay the $50 delivery fee. (which is also advertised online) Their reasoning was that we were only allowed to have 1 promotion and not 2. They stated that the $49.99 fee is a promotion when it is listed as a Standard Shipping" Fee on the website. Especially when we entered our postal code and it came up as $49.99. There was no option for a $79.99 charge.Because of the offer they made for us

**If I could give negative stars I wouldTerrible service at Ashley HomeStore. Pushy, rude salesman. I bought a couch a month ago. We went to pick it up, it was the wrong couch, wrong colour.They told us to come back next week to pick up our actual couch we drove there and they didnt have it. Said it would be ready the next day not there again. They made us take back the couch we have and pick up our new one as they wouldnt deliver our actual couch. Mind you this is a 30 min drive one way to the warehouse. The lady at customer service said our couch wasnt even there and it would be an extra two weeks.Never buying from here again.

Went in to make a decision on a couch - and had it installed same night! Nick was great and let us browse. He didn't constantly hover over us as, many others do in this industry. Delivery guys were through a 3rd party but were great as well. We went almost everywhere else in the city and this was the best service and bang for our buck. Would recommend.

I bought this new furniture from Ashley. I paid money to just get headache. They send me old furniture in price of new. When I ask them y it looks old , they said sorry we will fix this and take it to their workshop . Now It is about 4 weeks but I did not get it back . Every week they r booking appointments and show up with same broken furniture. See the pics . Ashely is just doing scams with people and stilling their money. I suggest do not buy from Ashley even $5 item . They r scammers.

We purchased a couch set 8 years ago at Ashley Furniture but after moving to a new home, we decided we wanted a sectional instead. We stopped at numerous stores but everything we liked was way over our budget. We went to Ashley and were immediately greeted by John at the front desk. He was so friendly and welcoming. He asked what we were looking for and in what material to which we responded “wipeable” as we had our toddler with us. He lead us to a sectional that was well within our budget and made of a material that was easy to clean. Our toddler was having a meltdown but he was still so patient and understanding. We were then put in the care of Nanxin who helped us with the ordering and offered a financing option. We had the option of the furniture being delivered and set up in a couple weeks or to pick it up ourselves same day. This is our second time shopping at Ashley Furniture and I can say with confidence that we will be back. Unbelievable service, highly recommend.

Right from the moment we walked in the customer service was amazing. The gentleman who helped us seen our dog in the car and let us know he was welcome inside. That made it so much easier to focus on our goal of purchasing new appliances. Everyone was friendly and stopped by to meet Frankie. We left with everything we wanted and will definitely go back.
