In spite of having to adhere to strict Covid guidelines, the staff managed to do an outstanding job of giving my Fox Terrier a beautiful clip. She is the one on the left in the photo. I'm keen to see if they can manage the Malamute.

I took my 5yo Golden Retriever rescue here this week, and had an amazing experience! The set-up is very efficient and accommodating, and Kate was very nice and calm and confident. My boy came home looking and smelling like a million dollars LOL. We’ve already booked our next appointment.

Had an amazing experience here! The ladies are SO great at what they do! My dog has never looked better!! Answered all my millions of questions, professional, clean environment and friendly staff! We will be repeat customers forever! Thank you!!!!!!

Kate is a wonderful groomer, very happy with her work on my Terrier mix. He's never looked so good. Kate also does a great job trimming my 2 Great Danes nails.

We brought our 8 year old Havanese in for his first professional groom since he was a puppy (we used to cut his hair at home). They did an amazing job! We love the way that it turned out with the full groom, and he looks and smells great.He tends to get separation anxiety but they clearly handle lots of dogs and know exactly what they're doing.They also have lots of treats, food, and accessories in their shop; they carry N&D food as well which can be hard to find!10/10 experience with them, and definitely booking again.

When I walked into the place on Wednesday there was a foul odor. Being new to the grooming experience I didn't know if thus was normal or not. Their dog growled at my dog. I was assured that he was friendly. I asked for a trim & for nails t/b trimmed as well. At checkout I was asked for $60 but I was quoted $50. Was told nails were trimmed. My dog looked good but she reeked of perfume. On Friday I killed about 20 fleas on my dogs bed as I watched them jumping off of her. My dog had never had fleas b4 this and only came into contact with other dogs at this facility. I called & left a message explaining the situation. Was called back next day and told that they clean and spray for fleas regularly and she suggested that I contact my vet to get my pet put on a flea preventative maintenance. My dog IS on preventative maintenance however that starts in July (6 months per year). My dog is shedding worse than b4 she went to the groomer. Finally, my dog's nails were NOT trimmed. Will never go there again nor will I recommend this facility.

Desperately needed grooming for two shaggy dogs after a long winter. Called on a Friday and got in the next day,Saturday! Wow what a great job. We now have a wonderful groomer.

I own a 3 year old dog and Kate has been my groomer since day one. I absolutely love her location in Durham, ON at Bath and Biscuit. Harley is a great addition to her team as well and I trust both of them with my dog. My dog is treated with the utmost care as she has separation anxiety. Her fur and skin always leave in better condition and the variety of shampoos that this salon offer is wonderful. I also adore their shop dog Cody. I love that he is there to help comfort my dog! I always highly recommend Kate and her shop to anyone looking for a groomer.

First time here....Thank you......Sianna looks great! She was looking rough around the edges, Bath and Biscuit to the rescue. With other groomers, I found she would often come back stressed. She seemed relaxed after I picked her up and got her in the car. Usually she would be wound up till we got home, she enjoyed the ride relaxing in the sun. She is not the easiest dog to groom so having her not come out as stressed as she usually does, means a job well done. Thanks girls - we will be back.
