My thanks to Joel for listening to my special request and providing a great solution. Also thank you Russell for the additional work installing the new TPMS, valve stems & tires. Balancing is perfect. Highly recommend the Fennel Ave Green and Ross.

We brought in our old Bentley in for a safety. We called around to other garages, no one would safety it due to being unfamiliar with car. The mechanic Dan (?) was great, thoroughly explained what parts were needed and he went as far as getting the part numbers for us . We had to order parts from England. Parts installed and passed safety. Great staff, reasonable rates. Will definitely be repeat customers.

Went in for a oil change and the People at the service counter were awesome. Much help and very courteous and I had excellent visit with both of them. Will Definitely going back.

Had my Check Engine light come on with a code of P2096. AG&R found a leak in my exhaust. Fixed it, but the light came back on less than a week later. Turns out, I need an ECU update from the dealer. N/C for the second visit.My entire family uses AG&R for their car needs. They only do the work required and make recommendations for any other work that may need to be done. When money is tight, these days, it's good to have people you can trust!

I have been a customer of Active Green and Ross for a very long time (over two decades). My son also takes his vehicle to Active Green and Ross. We are always pleased with the work and assistance.

Unprofessional uncommunicative. Lost me out of disrespect. My time is worth more and I'm always polite and open to a rebooking on a walk-in.Update: interesting response from management considering we spoke so they have enough of a file on me to have my home line. The owner called claiming they lost my invoice. After listening to excuses from his staff about call outs, yet still closing early, I find this so aggravating. Own the mistake. I mean I picked my keys up off of said lost invoice. Your staff just discarded it?!? Also this was a tire plug, not anything exhaustive. Insult to injury, your local competitor did it in less than 10 minutes and for less than half the charge. Don't call me again.

Had a tire change and was able to remove lock nuts with my fingers. Sabrina on the phone has informed me this is normal and showed no concern for our safety. I have never had a tire change with such wrecklessness in the past. If you want your wheels to stay on your car better to change them yourself.

Shoutout to Dan one of the mechanics there. He does great work. Overall good place with honest people that will try to fit you in without a month long wait like a dealership.
