From the moment I made the call to Thorpes Brothers Funeral Chapel, when I knew my husband was in his last days I have been treated with kindness, courtesy and respect. I felt accompanied throughout the entire process and never felt rushed or pressured but rather that I was cared for and valuable. Everything went very well and every detail including the obituary, the video tribute, the flower arrangements, the programme, the services, the food - everything reflected my husband and allowed me to be with my family and friends.
