Very rare I give a negative review but this was Absolutely awful experience. You feel like a burden. Overcharged for detangling (first 5 minutes should be included) I left with wet hair very upset and disappointed. Happy birthday to me

Went there 1st time, she seems to be very inexperienced as she gave me very bad hair cut. I had shown her pics what I was expecting. Would give 1out of 10 only , waste of time and money. Feeling awkward because of weird hair cut. BIG NOI could better cut by my own at home

I went in because it was empty and I was passing by. I explained to the lady I wanted to trim the ends, no more than 1 inch. She cut about 3 inch to leave 1 inch! After the first cut, I repeated “I only want you to cut one inch” but she continued. This was MY WORST HAIRCUT EVER! On top of the fact that she cut too much, she gifted me with two bald spots in the back, one on each side. Needless to say I didn’t pay, but even for a free haircut it’s awful. DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!
