PRIME Walk-In Clinic

I highly recommend Prime Medical Walk In Clinic. My husband and I do not currently have a physician since April so we are very grateful for this walk in clinic. All the doctors we have met there have been excellent (Dr. Matthew Smith, Dr. Okolola Okotona, Dr. Alastair Bryce, Dr. Tatyana Wells) as well as all the staff who are very welcoming and accommodating. Thank you Prime Medical Walk In Clinic for your exceptional service and for giving us peace of mind in a time when we do not have our own GP.

Expat here, no Canadian health care coverage. For a modest fee (by European standards) my health concern was checked out by a friendly and polite female doctor.I could pick up the prescription at the pharmacy conveniently located next to the clinic.Premises are modern and clean. Front desk staff very friendly.Highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful and the doctor communicated well. I needed lab work down and the doctor phone me promptly with the results.

Clinic was lovely. The staff, especially Lauren were very kind and accommodating.

Reception is rude and clinic is full by 12:00. When I asked if I could book an appointment for my 8year old daughter they pointed at the sign and said in a very angry tone “we are at capacity can’t you see the sign?” I said yes I can, can I book something for her tomorrow? They said no I would have to bring a fevering child out in the snow again tomorrow and wait in line and if I didn’t get there by 8:30 they would be full for the day!!!!!Our health care system is a joke and the people in it are rude, especially here! Don’t go there, find another clinic.

I have been trying to get a hold of a receptionist to speak to someone. I have tried to figure out the hours. I have pressed number 2, about four times with the voice message system to hear hours" and nothing is given and takes me back to the start of the message. It is very confusing. The message system then hangs up on me. I do not understand why we cannot speak to an actual person. Please

The phone-in menu options do not work. I tried calling several times to get address and business hours, but it does not matter what # you choose it keeps repeating the same recording with menu options.

DO NOT go to this clinic!Mission Medical Centre called me to let me know that I needed to book an appointment to go over lab results. I promptly called to set up a phone appointment and booked in for the following day, The doctor (Dr.Brown) called an hour late, and asked how he could help me. Which surprised me, seeing as they were the ones who asked me to book an appointment. Wouldn't this be documented in my file?? He then told me there was no record of my ever being to the clinic. I told him I was to go over lab results. He put me on hold and tried to track down the results. After 11 minutes on hold he came back on to grumble about his incompetent staff and told me he was looking in the wrong place. He was then only able to find the 2nd page of my results, and the 1st page was nowhere to be found. After 20 minutes of unprofessionalism, he said they would have to reach out to the lab and to book another appointment for the following day. I attempted to reach the reception multiple times before finally getting through to book a 10:20 appointment. The receptionist told me to try MyCareCompass to access the results and to call back if I could see them. I did and attempted to call back 10 times without success. The following morning I received an automated message stating that my appointment had been moved to 12:30. I attempted to reach the clinic multiple times before my appointment to share that I had the results, with no success. 12:30 came and went and the clinic is now closed without ever having called me for my appointment. I attempted to get through to them over 20 times today with no success. I emailed my results midday and never heard back. I would have gone in had I not been out of town. I understand that these are extremely busy times, but when you have booked a follow-up appointment after a previous failure on their part, you would expect to at least hear from the clinic regarding your care. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences. DO NOT go to this clinic.

Had a really good experience here. Showed up at 9:30 am for a walk in, got an appointment for 2 pm later that day. The doctor I saw was very friendly and kind and also punctual. In and out in 5 minutes.

Very polite walk-in clinic receptionist. Fantastic service from Prime pharmacist who was able to provide prescription for recurring issue. Highly recommended.
