Goemans Appliances Stoney Creek

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have purchased many appliances here for various kitchen renovations. People are knowledgable about their appliances. I am happy with the inshore service.However, I have grave issues with the supply chain once the order has been placed and no longer in the jurisdiction of the store. I have paid the entire bill for a whirlpool refrigerator in April a tidy sum of nearly $3,000.00. I am out of pocket this money and still have no refrigerator with no delivery date in sight. I am tired of hearing about supply chain issues. If this is the problem it needs to be fixed immediately. Perhaps the manufacturers need to be brought to task when there is no stock in the warehouse. If I don't see a refrigerator within the next couple of weeks I am going to demand my contract and money be terminated. There is a floor model of the fridge I have purchased. How about letting me purchase that one? I was told they would then have no product to show. Well it seems to be a moot point since there is no product.

Very nice showroom with lots of selection. greeted very quickly by salesperson and was able to find what I needed quickly. In and out in 15 min. The delivery was next day , on time and set up very quickly. follow up emails and call the day after. This business goes out of their way to give the customer a great buying experience.

Excellence though adversityIn the midst of Covid my wife and I renovated our kitchen and decided to purchase a suite of 6 kitchen appliances from Goemans in Stony Creek. Our salesperson Joseph Arcari spent considerable time with us listening carefully to what we were trying to accomplish and over a couple of visits offered us several best options for each appliance. Of course at that time supply chain challenges were the order of the day and Joseph was up front and clear about availability and what our best options might be. As our appliances came in we were very satisfied with the options Joseph suggestedNow the best part. In late March we decided to sell our house and move on to different pastures. As things happen almost immediately after we signed a sale agreement for our home our oven failed but was covered for replacement by the manufacturer. This coincided with our closing date and created great anxiety for us and the new buyer. Goemans working with the manufacturer facilitated an exchange under warranty but there was a notable supply chain delay . I contacted Joseph and he listened to our situation and called back in a very short period of time with a potential solution. Joseph went way out of his way help us. I was so impressed with his listening to our problem and showed real empathy in finding a potential solution.If you’re looking for appliance I recommend Goemans Stony Creek and especially Joseph Arcari as an experienced, knowledgeable and caring salesperson but more importantly real human being.Thanks Joseph!!!!

Every aspect of my Goemans experience was exceptional. From guidance in selecting the right appliances for my home to flexibility in aligning delivery to match my schedule to timely delivery and ongoing communication, Goemans exceeded expectations. I went back in 2022 to the same sale representative (Karen Guiducci) to order appliances for my rental and got an amazing customer service and updates on the order - she Explained the delays and helped me throughout the process… today I got my final order. When our 19 year old GE convection oven died on Christmas Eve, we knew that the “workhorse” would need replacing and headed to Goemans on Boxing Day. I had been happy with my GE oven and really wanted another. Bill Robertson met us at Goemans and showed us a couple others as there was no model GE convection oven in the store. We ordered the GE sight unseen although we had done an online search.Bill was nice to deal with and made a couple adjustments on the price taking off the delivery charge which was appreciated! Salespeople like Bill make the process of checking features and specs easy. Goemans is our first choice to shop for appliances!

We always had a great experience dealing with Rocco. Over the years we've purchased a number of appliances from him. We appreciate his knowledge and honesty of the products we've purchased. Awesome service during the entire purchasing experience!
