All Call Restoration

We called All Call to fix water damage done by a repair company. They arrived within a half hour and got to work. Their sole focus was to make sure our issue was solved fast and correctly. Beyond doing a great job, what was more impressive was the integrity of the company as a whole. They were compassionate and understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to help us. I couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with when stress levels were at an all-time high. I would recommend them over and over again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. My kitchen burned down, and we hired them to restore it and clean the rest of the house. It was supposed to be a 6 month job that ended up taking 10 because of their unprofessionalism. They were not responsive, missed dozens of deadlines, didn't work well with my insurance company, and their work turned out to be horrible. The workers told us about multiple occasions that they were asked to cut corners. Since they left. my electric bill has almost double. Kept messing up work and having to come back and redo it. They gave us a move in date, and we double and triple checked that they would be done by that date. When we showed up to move in (on a Saturday) the place was a disaster. It was still very much a construction site. It was not anywhere close to being livable for my wife and I, let alone our two kids. Our insurance company ended up having to put us back in a hotel while they actually finished the job. They ended up having to comp us thousands of dollars, and even then, we had to reach a money settlement where we said we would fix everything else ourselves. This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever encountered.I could give literally dozens of stories about their poor quality work, but my favorite is the fact that they didn't sweep or clean at all before they epoxied our basement floor. So they ended up epoxying a bunch of stuff to the floor including coins, bobby pins, trash, and a f****** walnut! They epoxied a walnut to my basement floor! They had to com back, scrape up a bunch of the epoxy, and then redo the floor. They are terrible.

These guys have been top notch. Going above and beyond to help us when we needed it! Also everyone I talked with was extremely nice and friendly. Highly recommend us8ng ALL call.

The work crew for All Call are very nice, considerate, thoughtful, good people, and their work is fantastic. Lake Odessa is lucky to have them in the area. Well done All Call.

All call restoration was overall a great experience from the initial phone call with Josh to the follow ups. They were very respectful of my belongings and cleaned up after themselves. They finished a bathroom remodel that someone else had started and couldn't finish and it looks amazing. The drywall work is impeccable. I will be calling them for my second bathroom when it's time to remodel! Thanks guys!

Called to have a swing set assembled and they were able to get out the next day! Reasonable price and on time! Highly recommend for any of your needs.

The completed work is impeccable, very well done by All Call. Nick did a fantastic job of communicating every step and status to us. He was super responsive when we had questions and answered our questions in detail. My only recommendation would be to have your subcontractors call before arriving maybe 15-30 mins in advance. Thank you!

This company was absolutely amazing! Leak caused damage to 3 levels of the house. I live out of state and had a hard time getting anyone to even go out to start the clean up until I called All Call. It was a snowy night and the owner, Ben, said he may not be able to get out there until morning but he made it and had a ton of trucks start early the next morning. What a professional crew!They also give you bids for rebuild and the rebuild was excellent. They helped me with redesign (good design ideas), then Terry went to work with rebuild. They also handled some issues with the insurance adjuster which saved me a ton of time. I really feel like I hit the jackpot when I called them. Although I hope to never have another disaster I would call them right away. Thus company goes above and beyond the call of duty without even asking. A few times they corrected some work and I didn’t even ask (or notice).

We had our home built by All Call Restoration. Checking with local vendors All Call Restoration by far had the highest recommendation. We met with them and did several site visits. Their work in all cases was exceptional, and the owners greeted them as family.After a few meetings our plans were ready. We required special piers to support our house and All Call Restoration handled the special surveyors, engineers and installation of the piers. Our experience was tremendous. The staff and subs were all friendly and professional. Any mid course changes we're handled easily. The finished home is beautiful. The craftsmanship exceptional. We were so pleased with the house, that the following summer we had them construct a pole barn. We highly recommend All Call Restoration for all your construction needs.
