Everyday I go there. I get decent service. But this Saturday i was served by a lady name DIEM/DEIM (whatever written on her nameplate). She was extremely rude! I called her manager and she also didn’t do anything. The lady was yelling at me infront of other customers! So much frustrated! I everyday go there now i am thinking of changing. If authorities of Tim hortons see this please take action against her. It was 10:15 AM ish on Saturday 08 July 2023.

I waited for 20 minutes to receive my order. Then I was told they did not have what I ordered so I wasted 30 minutes of my day. Should have went to a restaurant. Would have been faster and better food.

Used drive thru on Sat 20th ordered L☕️ and muffin. Barely drove past Univ Blvd and found beverage barely warm, had asked for warm muffin which also was cold, and bag was void of napkins or utensils!!Went inside next day at noonish and tried to explain the situation to a Sup, named Avni. The cost was minimal and I def didn't expect a freebie and right from the get go she had a blase attitude!!Did my best to keep the convo civil, but noticed her abrupt demeanor, reluctant to listen and defensive posture, usually not found in Tim Hort franchises! I even offered my rewards card to see the transaction did take place and she wouldn't have none of it!!In fact she resorted to interrogative tactics, asking which staff member was it? Several Aslan females were present and I said, she looked like one of the taller attendants. A sarcastic grin came on and said see you don't even know as that member was off ystrdy " I found this humiliating and arrogant

Evelyn is the name of the supervisor here. She is super rude and kept yelling at me and my buddy when we told them that the payment went though on the card but not on the app, which is not our fault. We kept showing her the bank account but she just wanted to argue. She said customer isnt always right which is the first rule of customer service, literally yelled at us for a dollar worth of coffee. The whole crew there ganged up on us, jesus effin christ. Its a pity an old canadian brand like tims has dropped to this level of service. What a shame

While the lady at the till was very nice, the ham and cheddar sandwich i got looked like someone bit into it (not me). Really? You would rather save a few cents at the risk of a bad review. Time to grow up

It's a great place & great location with great staff. I'd say the only con for this Tim Hortons is that it's always packed with people. Also always has a very big line up's.

Was there today and Dianne was amazing. Very friendly and approachable. We appreciated her accommodating my boyfriend's need for a non-dairy option. The location has limited items they offer due their size. Thanks for your lovely service Dianne!

The worker in drive-thru here, are the worst!!I waited several minutes in drive thru, for drinks and food! I got sooo tired of waiting for someone to help me in drive thru, that I honked my horn, to get her attention. And than, the drive thru lady didn’t even help, she just looked at the window and saw me, than just ignored me and pretended to busy inside!Than, I honked at her again, and she finally gave me my coffee and drinks!!Terrible service here at this location!!SAVE your money, and DON’T bother going to this Tim Hortons!!

The people who work there are nice enough but it is overshadowed by how unorganized and slow everyone works there. They should think about adding in some better ways to handle crowds and long lines - including having people moving quicker to get orders done.

Had the worst experience of my life from Tim Hortons this morning from there's one of their supervisor evelyn she kept yelling at us for like $1 worth coffee she shouldn't need some more lessons to know how to talk to a customer that is not how you talk to a customer is your money you give them respect and she was arguing and yelling at us for a dollar worth of coffee not going to get back anytime all
