I have had my boat in a few times for work and Chad and his staff have treated me great and got my boat back on the water quickly. They do their best to make sure you aren't missing anymore of our short summer than you have to.

Ryan answered all my questions, and helped me with a scratch on motor. They brought in touch up paint to make it right.River side Marine has great people to deal with. I would recommend buying Marine products from them.

Went to buy oil for my ski staff were friendly and polite also went to sales tonask about availability for a Yamaha ski the guy I dealt with was friendly and polite he answered all my questions .

This happened a while ago but thought I'd review this place. I had a starting issue with my boat (4.3 merc inboard) and I couldn't figure if it was the starter or another electrical issue...this was just days prior to a family vacation. Riverside took the boat in short notice, diagnosed the issue, gave me a call for the go ahead on the repair and basically had me and my boat good to go in a day or two which helped me out tremendously. The only wait was for the parts required...during the busy time of year they pulled through.

Brought my old boat in for a tune up, Chad and the crew took great care of my boat and even adjusted the boat on the trailer at no charge! Excellent place with great people and great service.
