The staff there was very sweet and helpful, especially Rose, she gave us tips on how to maintain our furniture and guided us to lovely furniture pieces. So far we love our sofas and dining table.

The worst dinning table and chairs that i have ever purchased. Careless manager Sandy doesn't care about warranty. I purchased a dinning table and less than a year all 4 chairs are making noise and they are too noisy to sit then i called them and they didn't care about me didn't even try to resolve the issue.Their technician claims chairs are old and it is normal.I am really frustrated and don't suggest this brand. I have to buy 4 chairs but from a reliable brand.

Just got our new sectional and I am impressed! I was a bit worried about the quality but when the package arrived I couldn’t be happier. Sectional was packaged quite nicely, lots of plastic and styrofoamto prevent damage. Delivery crew carefully brought it up the second floor. It only took 4 days to receive our couch which I think is super quick.

Bought a $2600 sectional couch in early august, it's now late September and you can already feel the springs and wood frame through the poorly stuffed cushions when you sit/ lay down. Customer service in store was excellent with quick delivery time, however now that they've taken my money they won't respond to my calls or complaints. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I just had a very bad experience from this location. Last week, my fiancee and I were looking for the furnitures at Accent in Coquitlam location. One of the sales representatives promised that she could give us discount on delivery and installation fee upon purchasing the sofa and dining table. This week, we came back to the same store in hope to actually place the order, but different sales representatives said they couldn't do that anymore due to the 10% sales on this weekend. I don't know why they could be this cheap to not doing what they promised us from last week. We were buying over 2.3k CAD total price of furnitures. (not something like couple hundred dollars worth of furnitures.) The 10% sales should be additional to the discount in delivery and installation fees what they promised. (isn't the purpose of this 10% discount to attract new costumers?) If not, why would they even do this sales in the first place? Okay, so we go to the other location (Metrotown) in hope to get better sales service and then we got partial" discount

Absolutely horrible costumer service. I ordered a couch feb 2022 and they told me to expect delays due to Covid. I was understanding and waited for a delivery date. Someone called me to discuss a delivery date of May 5th 2022 and told me they would call closer to confirm a time. I didn’t hear from them until a text at 12 pm that day with a delivery time which I wasn’t able to accommodate. I’ve heard absolutely nothing back from the company since. I’ve tried to call and email with no response. This was an online order so I don’t have a specific location to call and all of the locations say they can’t help me. To top it all off I’ve tracked my order which says fulfilled! So they’ve taken my money, no product and marked me as complete. Horrible customer service. They continually kept telling me my sectional was delivered!? When it clearly was not. It took me six almost seven months of being ignored to finally get a refund as I had moved farther away and they didn’t want to deliver to that location. Disgusting service.

This is my review on the company, Accents @ Home, and is not specific to this store. I have visited three of their locations.Good overall service. The quality is not always reliable, and varies on a per item basis. Some purchases are good value for money, while others (particularly living room tables) are poor to mediocre quality, and yet still overpriced. Please thoroughly inspect and test your furniture before purchasing. Shop around to get the most out of your money.

Very unhappy with our pullout sofa bed we purchased in March 2021. After the frame breaking only a few months into ownership, Accents replaced it on warranty in December 2021. Within 6 months, the frame is broken again and must be replaced, as it is very uncomfortable to sit on. We can't even pull it out anymore. Very cheap product that they are not standing by, but what is more disappointing is Accents isn't willing to credit or at least give a worthwhile discount (more than 10%) on a new sofa. We will never be shopping at Accents @ Home again.

Got a great new dining table set at a reasonable price. Delivered in less than a week. Catherine was very helpful and responded to our questions quickly via text and call. Will do future furniture shopping at Accents @ Home.

I bought a sensual sofa a year ago. Delivery was a little delayed,but the delivery staff was kind and installed it well.There was a little problem with the sofa head, but they fixed it so they could use it and it is still in use.It goes well with our house, which is an apartment, and the size us just right.
