Placed an order for regular biryani and asked to make it bit mild as not everyone can handle that spice. But the lady over the phone said they can’t modify it, means they can’t make it mild. One person is paying to have it in one’s own taste. We didn’t say to change the ingredients or so. It was so much spicy that I will not be placing any further orders. I guess they cook it for the whole day with one standard spice level and keep on serving the same one. Sorry but we paid and got just spicy taste.

The best Biryani I had in the region but not a big fan of their butter chicken and naan. Garlic naan was hard like papad. I recommend order from here only if you want biryani. I have ordered from here a few times and that’s how good they make their biryanis. You order once, you’re going to end up ordering from them again and again. It’s that good. You can smell Genuine flavours of biryani right since you open the container. I loved the Green Mirchi chicken Biryani and their dynamite chicken appetizer, both are really spicy. Caution: don’t try those if you can’t handle spicy. Ghee roast kaju biryani is tasty but less spicy.

As someone who's lived in Hyderabad for over 15 years, I can assure you that their Hyderabadi Dum Biryani is far from the authentic stuff. In fact it’s a shame in the name of biryani. For a place that serves several types of biryani, my guess is that they cook the rice separately and the protein with the respective spices separately. Then the same type of rice is used in several of their biryanis and the only differentiating factor is the protein and the spices. Have tried a few of their biryanis and have always been highly disappointed.

Ordered two chicken biriyani, one kadai veg biriyani and Gopi manchurian for lunch. Chicken biriyani was average. Gopi Manchurian was awful. Kadai veg biriyani is below average. Surprised to see paper cups and plastic containers for dine in. Service was poor. Didn’t like the way the food was served. Please tell me if I am expecting more in a dine in restaurant.

I placed a pickup order at 9:22 pm on 1 june 2023 and im really upset about the packaging the portion i got and thats not how i always get the biryani from the store im attaching the picture of the stuff i got and i really feel ashamed to get that kind of hospitality from ur store and never ever going to order again from this store and i will let my guys know that don’t buy anything from biryani wala Cambridge And now they are not replying me back on email.

Been a customer for quite some timeReally disappointed in seeing this restaurant lose its touch aswell. Ordered a tray for 2 bucket biryani boneless .noted the following differences from the last couple of orders in the last few months:A the bucket wasnt even full vs before when it was filled and heaped on top (inflation to blame may be)B chicken quantity literally half or may be less than half probablyC for some reason a bucket for three should have 3 sauce cups but always has 2 (dont know how it makes sense)D price a year and half ago was 25-26 for boneless chicken tray for 3 which is 31 plus tax nowThere taste seems same though TBH. But this a normal restaurant story when it establishes itself, prices are raised and . All about numbers!!

Yesterday ordered bucket briyani and found human hair in the rice. This is the second time happening for me in the last 2 months.How careless you guys are and doesn't give a good food. People are spending their hard earned money and you guys are lethargic.

Omg being a hyderabadi this place is a blessing for my biryani cravings. Since I have been here it been a ritual to go dine in or order from here for biryani. The service here is super friendly and all the chef’s recommended dishes are amazing totally worth the try.

I tried the mutton biryani and curry here for the first time and I was blown away by the flavors. The biryani was fragrant and aromatic, with perfectly cooked mutton pieces that were melt-in-your-mouth tender. The curry had a rich and complex flavor, with a satisfying heat that lingered on my tongue. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience and I can't wait to come back for more.
