We have had Rob deal with a number of issues with regards to the heating, plumbing, and gas at our recently purchased (but 30 year old) home. He has done a fabulous job fixing all of our issues. He is very prompt at replying and on time, very knowledgeable and trustworthy, does a great job and is a really nice person. We will definitely continue to use Rob for all of our future plumbing needs!

I have had several positive experiences hiring Rob, which initially led to me doing more work with him.Rob is punctual, professional, and knowledgable. His competency has been a huge help for my home renovation.He did a fantastic job replumbing my apartment and brought in some quality tradesmen to complete other aspects of my renovation.Rob is always quick to respond to text messages and emails. While I have only worked with him in respect to a limited number of tasks, I am not afraid to give him a very high recommendation.

Highly recommend Rob and Van Custom Plumbing as a trusted, honest and experienced plumber. Rob has serviced and maintained our gas boiler for the last 2 years.On one particular occasion, Rob was unavailable and we had to go to another plumber (a large Vancouver based company) and was overcharged with poor quality work (performed by staff and the actual owner). Following the work, our gas boiler was extremely noisy and the plumber blamed our system and took no ownership. Rob went out of his way, for free, to flush our system and make sure we got it back to normal. You don't receive that type of customer service from anyone anymore.

Rob has been exceptional, we were referred to him after our 15 year old boiler started having problems last year with inconsistent temperatures and some days without heat. He is very attentive, replying to our inquiries in a timely manner and is always able to schedule an appointment within two days.Rob is very thorough and detailed with his work and is able to explain the core issues. His pricing is also very reasonable compared to other plumbing services we've used in the past. We highly recommend his services and will be using VCP for our future boiler maintenance.

Knight)Rob and his team replaced my old hot water tank and boiler with a new Navien hot water on-demand system and tied it into my in-floor heating.It was a big multi-day project and they were very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, respectful, neat and tidy, friendly, prompt and didn't keep my water off for too long.I highly recommend them!
