MINI St. Catharines

Had a good experience with the dealership even though we hit a few bumps but in the end the dealership came thru for me and very happy with the delivery of the vehicle even though I really did not see the vehicle till the delivery day as I live in Windsor. We have dealt with the Performance Group in St. Catharines in the past and would give this dealership a five star rating. It was also great to deal with Melanie and the management team at Mini.

Michael our salesperson was very knowledgeable and personable at MINI of St Catherine’s. He made our buying process very smooth and had answers to all of our questions.Taylor, the GM went above and beyond to get us the most money she could for our trade and was extremely helpful jumping in when needed.Mindy took her time showing us every feature and aspect of our new MINI at time of delivery.The Finance manager Jon had all of our documents and information ready to go with an awesome lease rate.Fantastic experience provided by everyone.

Melanie, Mike, Jon, and Taylor are all AWESOME! Melanie went above and beyond to make sure I was getting everything I was asking for. She made the experience from the start a memorable one. Makes me want to buy 10 more Mini's from MELANIE! I have always wanted a Mini and finally being able to get behind that wheel was even better than I had imagined! I LOVE my new red mini!!!

It took me a long time to make the purchase (I had a good car, a Lexus, that I liked very much) but I had always wished for a Mini.Melanie, the sales person, was very friendly and beyond patient as I asked question after question. I think she is largely the reason I took the plunge. And I'm very pleased I did.I would highly recommend Melanie and all the staff at Mini to anyone considering a Mini.

Just a fantastic experience from start to finish. I live about 3 hours North of the Dealership, but when I saw this Mini online at the price point I was looking for I knew I had to have it. Michael was amazing. He talked me through the car and all of its features. He even made me an extremely thorough video of the vehicle to help me feel secure in my remote purchase. Buying a car without ever driving it can be nerewrecking, but Michael made me feel very confident in my purchase. Jon promptly assisted me with the financing application and I was able to come pickup the car within a few days. The drive home was the best drive of my life! Found my dream mini at this location!!We came all the way from QC to pick it up. From the Start to finish, Melanie B, my sales consultant offered us excellent customer service. She was patient & responsive to all our queries & concerns & showed us genuine interest. Usually with most car salespeople you find them a bit stuck up/ stiff, but Melanie was very personable & warm which shows she actually do care about the client. In general, my husband and I had a positive experience in dealing with this dealership & the whole team & would not hesitate to recommend or return for future mini purchases or upgrades.

As our family hauler is getting old and kids growing up and getting into their own activities, my wife is keen on getting back being the wheels of a Mini. She drove one about a decade ago. Our journey started with a reach out via website to this dealership one summer evening. To our pleasant surprise, Melanie called us the next morning and here we go! She worked closely with us every step of the way to eventually getting the perfect Countryman that we thought would not be possible at all during this global supply chain crisis.During the 3-month wait Melanie kept us informed about the progress - when our car rolled off the factory line, onto the ship and so on. Paperwork and communication was clear on every step, leading up to the exciting delivery day about a weeks ago.Delivery was very smooth, given the amount of planning and care taken beforehand by Melanie, finance manager Jon and delivery specialist Mike.And special shout-out to Jon for the absolutely zero-pressure approach in presenting all additional protection options to us well ahead of delivery time. We have plenty of time to digest and weigh in different combos, He is also very diligent in following up any offers that we might qualify.We are enjoying our Countryman every day.
