Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable about international travels especially when it comes to nuances about challenges and unpredictability. Kofo had to do my flights during COVID and the level of expertise demonstrated was incredible including her ability to preempt potential issues and preparing me on how to deal with them. Even with all the chaos of international travel, my trip went smooth without a hiccup. Oh and by the way, I even got bumped up to business class both ways. I strongly advise you consider her service and fountain of knowledge if you are planning to book flight tickets and related things.
