On April 28th I filled out a survey as shown on the receipt disclosing an error in their cash register computer calculations - details as follows: Pkg. $15.57 + 5% Fuel Surcharge of $1.40 (which is actually 9% of $15.57) & why the Surcharge? Anyhow, the survey said I would hear back within 2 days. After a couple of weeks I repeated the survey but still no response from the Can. Post Survey.HAVE YOU GUYS FIXED YOUR CASH REGISTER COMPUTER YET?

This Canada Post is White Rock's only post office and is inside the Rexall Pharmacy on Johnson Road. Have never had any problems here and is good for mailing letters, packages and buying envelopes. Also this location has post boxes, for rent.

I'd say this location is one of the best post office in White Rock/South Surrey area. Staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable. Not really crowed so the line up isn't that long. I would go back there forsure!

Aweful service. Came in to pick up a package. Massive lineup. A woman came in with a massive commercial mailing. 15+ packages. 8 people were in the line up behind her. Several people including me had quick matters to take care of. I had to wait over 20 min even though I was only the second one in line. Everyone in the lineup had minor matters such as picking up a package or mailing a card. The cashier refused to handle any of those matters and keep the line going. Once it was finally my turn I expressed my concerns. The cashier just stared at me with a glazed and uninterested look. Let’s just say I’m not coming back there again. Much better postal outlets in the area.

Thank you to the person who had to come back from their break to serve customers today. It's not fair but much appreciated. Canada Post should have more staff so people aren't put in this position. Very friendly staff at this location.
