DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!I suggest google to create a minus star rating cuz I would definitely go with that for this MG Cosmetics.They sell products with twice amount of prices compared to other places. And they have this NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy to protect themselves.I’ve reached out to CUSTOMER PROTECTION BC, but they replied with very disappointing messages. I understood cuz that’s why this unscrupulous business could still open.What the hell is customer protection BC doing? YOU should call yourself “customer robbers’ protection BC”.

Horrible start to my Vancouver trip. Wanted to run in for a quick chapstick and was thrown off guard picking one I thought would be less than $10. When I walked in there was a red sign that said up to 30-50% off products. When she rang up the price she said $22 without flinching, but I was caught off guard and needed to head out. She was hyping up the chapstick saying it was Japanese brand that has been around for 20 years and was super hydrating blah, I listened to her. I left the store and looked online, the brand was Curel, and costs $10 on Amazon. I am for supporting local brick and mortar businesses but it is the principle that is so wrong - ripping off customers for marking up products more than 100%. For those of you wanting to get reasonably priced chapstick, save the trouble and the insincerity and head to the pharmacy a little ways down in the Aberdeen mall for last minute items if you’re in Canada for the day.

I believe no one wants to buy MADE IN CHINA bath salts and body wash but the packaging is Japanese and cover up MADE IN CHINA with self -printed address labels.Absolutely unfaithful

Very terrible service, if you want to buy Japanese products, can go to Aberdeen square on the second close to skytrain station

DO. NOT. COME. HERE.I came here looking for a gift for my friend and the lady told a fake story and scammed me of a $40 chapstick. Online it was $30 but she said it was originally $100. She also stated that it was limited edition". When I didn't want to buy it she pushed very hard for me to get it. She only then gave me a 15 percent off discount after I bought another product. I am a very nonchalant person so I gave in. Don't come here as they're liars. Take my advice and spend your money else where."

The male sales person is full of bullsh*t. He seemed friendly at first and tried to sell you all kinds of overpriced products. BUT the last straw that made me wrote this review was because at checkout he tapped my debit card without my authorization (is this even legal?) and prior to that, without showing me the sum of my purchase. I ended up paying 30 bucks for a set of three brow shavers which can be bought at 10$ or less anywhere else. Not returning to this store unless I wish to be humiliated again.

2-3 times overpriced. Also, the Salesperson stared at me like I gonna steal something.

The lady was very friendly but lied to my face about the products online price! A quick google search showed me that all of the ones on google were way cheaper than she claimed and even cheaper than her so called “deal”.

The lady at the cashier was hostile to young kids and played trick to force parents to buy insanely overpriced items. She closely monitor kids entering the store and take any chance to claim that the kids caused damage to the product so she could force adults to buy whatever kids touched! They put advertising stickers that are not part of the product and lured kids to touch so that the stickers may come off, and she claimed that the product was damaged by the kids! Most items were not price tagged, and people have no idea on what they'd cost until they had to pay. A $10 body wash costs $40 here. That's disgusting!
