Toronto Ultrasound Imaging

Getting an ultrasound was a very comfortable experience. The staff at the front desk were welcoming. I was taken at exactly the appointment time I was given which is important especially when you are required to drink a lot of fluid. The technician was terrific too. Only positives to report.

Superior / excellent professional staff compared to other ultrasound clinics in Toronto. On my second visit, they were able to take me on very short notice when 3 other clinics said I would have to wait until next week!

Extremely polite and attentive receptionist who welcomed me with a big smile. She was very accommodating, as I was a walk-in for inquiry but she told me that if I waited half hour I could get my ultrasound done. Friendly and knowledgeable technician who made me feel comfortable whiles doing my test.Great service, clean and efficient staff.

I really appreciate how accommodating Toronto Ultrasound Imaging is.. as long as they have availability they will fit you in right away.. The receptionist is very friendly; the male technician is excellent, very calm and as a female patient you will feel safe.l and comfortable. Kudos to the whole team!!!!

Great experience with this clinic! I called around to multiple clinics the evening of a Friday, hoping to snag an ultrasound appointment for the Saturday..of course it was late, so I wasn't expecting any responses until the following day, but I received a call back from a very nice woman, who managed to squeeze me in super early on Saturday! The technician was great! I forget the gentleman's name, but he was lovely. The office was clean, everyone was professional, efficient and caring. I live in Pickering, and there's only one clinic that I will go to there and if they are busy, I will now go back downtown to this clinic because of the great experience!

I was able to book an appointment with Toronto Ultrasound Imaging within the week, via email, and my appointment itself went very smoothly. Hardly any waiting time and all the staff were friendly and helpful, and made me very comfortable. Glad I picked this clinic and can understand why they're well reviewed (for good reason!).

Useless, I went in December with a horrible hamstring tear. My hamstring was balled up and you didn’t need imaging to see it! The results said it was fine. This is not the first time the reports from this clinic were full and incorrect! Stay away, save your time and avoid misery!

Front Desk staff is the best. Very sweet, kind and comforting. I will continue to go here. Also it’s a one stop shop building especially if you need blood work done right after wards. Keep up the great work guys.~I.G

I had my tests done at Toronto Ultrasound Imaging clinic several times. Each visit had been very positive. The front desk person, Christine, was very friendly, professional and helpful. The ultrasound technologist,Vlad, was extremely knowledgeable, patience, friendly, and caring. Thank you both for the excellent service. It is refreshing to see that as I did have few bad experiences at another clinics I would definitely recommend this Toronto Ultrasound Imaging clinic to everyone.
