Justin was a pleasure to deal with for the majority of the sales process. But I live in BC and kept stressing about the BC Provincial inspection and what they would do if I did not pass or needed repairs. The vehicle needed $800 in repairs to pass inspection. The repairs should have been caught during the AMVIC inspection. Went back to Justin and he did not want to do anything to help me with this. He told me to contact the mechanic they use for inspection directly. When all was said and done they did not work with me regarding these repairs and told me to take it up with AMIVIC if I had a grievance.So when the true test of service came... they failed miserably. It's not how you treat someone before they buy, it's what you do to take care of them after the purchase.
