I was on the phone and they pretty much hung up and never called back.. Very weird. Wont be using this company.

I use two services at this location. Fascial Stretch Therapy with Andy. He is working with me on deep tissue, offering advice, exercises, etc. He is extremely popular so you need to book several weeks in advance. His service is covered by the federal government sun life plan up to the same amount as naturopath.I also see Amanda for massage therapy. She works on the problem areas; she also works on deep tissue for me as I have a lot of problems in various locations throughout my body. Like Andy, she is very popular as well and she books several weeks in advance as well.I always book 2 future treatment appointments for each service while I am there. Love it!

Marcel is hands on. He analyzed my issue by process of illimination. He has humankindness and professionallism wrapped into one.Daniellel is probably the top receptionist in Charlottetown. No kidding.Massage by Amanda Kinney was right on.I totally recommend this place

Wife went there for shoulder and neck pain..they are helping ease it...very friendly and helpful people.

There is more magic worked in this place than you'd find at Hogwarts and Jess is the best Physio Witch you can get. 15 years of physio for my back and knees while in the military was next to useless. It wasn't until leaving the military that I was sent to Reactive and put with Jess that physio actually started to work.I limped in slowly, and walked out quickly after just the first session and I'm getting better with each appointment.The rest of the staff I've dealt with are amazing as well. Everyone knows their stuff and not too shy to carry on a conversation.Keep up the great work!!!

Very involved and you notice progress during and after their sessions. Friendly staff and very helpfull
