Amazing. Had to purchase a new iPhone for my 80 year old mother, and we arrived at 4:30...the store closes at 5. But the clerk was so super helpful, she stayed way past 5 ensuring my mom got the dedicated treatment as any other customer would have gotten. And because my mom is not very tech" savvy
