Love your root beer. Ordered a plant based burger with no onions or mustard. We got everything that we didn't want on the order. Think we'll stay away for a while.

Fun place to stop at when on a road trip with family. They have the best root beer and patient servers. I don't think I've ever had my order messed up.

I'm so happy to to have a new a&w close to my house, (the one on Boulevard de la Grande-Allée, corner Chemin de la Rivière-Cachée, is a very non friendly a&w, hope here will be better.

Ordered chicken wrap, it was cold and raw. Semonella poison break could have been. Complained to head office. Nothing was done.They don’t care, where is the government food inspection

I'm a big fan of A&W, but very disappointed at this location.Wanted to try the new Frozen Root beer, but the employee did not know what is was. After asking the manager, i was told it was not available.I asked for 2 combos, but I did not receive the fries nor the drinks. When we say combo it's not only the hamburger!!Onion rings were not very presentable, all crunched up in a bag, I have a picture to prove it.:(
