Will never take my business here to buy a new phone, solely on how my boyfriend was treated.My boyfriend and I stopped into this location yesterday, which was Saturday March 30 at around 1PM. My boyfriend needed a new phone as his was no longer in working order. As soon as we went in the associate seemed disinterested. He started off by looking my boyfriend's account up and saying, right off the bat, oh well it's probably going to be really expensive for y o u to upgrade" and then proceeded to give him a bunch of misinformation.Needless to say my boyfriend and I walked out of there before proceeding very far. We then took our business to Best Buy

Good service, but expensive accessories

THIS IS NOT A REAL TELUS STORE.Dropped my phone off for a simple charge port repair. Something that apparently isn't simple enough to do in store so they sent it away. This was back in FEBRUARY it is now the end of JULY and I have still yet to get my phone back. The loaner phone they gave me was cracked up and doesn't hold a charge for more then an hour or two. Telus themselves have been trying to deal with the store for a week now because they are an independent owned contracted store" save your hassle and drive the 4 minutes down the road to the mall as I have no faith in getting my phone back nor receiving compensation for the past 5 months."
