I can't say enough about these guys! We did our cabin with them 8 years ago and I can still come by their office and ask them questions or pick up some materials for a project I'm working on. They're always very open to help out. I highly recommend them, especially if you don't want to drive into the valley for a cabin builder. Local North Shore company!

We had Ajia construct our North Vancouver home for us,and were thrilled with the experience and product! We were especially pleased that there was not so much waste on the job site as there would normally be, as they prefabricate the house in parts in their factory here in North Vancouver.They staff were very accommodating to changes that we made enroute to completion, and we really can't say enough about this fine company.

This is a difficult review to write because until recently I was convinced that AJIA would provide the prefab panelized house package for my retirement home. I have been corresponding with them off and on for a little over 2 years with great success and satisfaction, but recently they have refused to respond to a simple request for a ballpark estimate of shipping costs to the town where I will retire. I've followed up several times with two different representatives, and been clear that I'm just asking for a ballpark figure so I can have some idea of shipping costs, but all I'm hearing is crickets and it's been over a month now. So now I have to reconsider whether they are worth using at all. If they won't respond to a simple request in the pre-sale phase, how responsive will they be if I encounter a problem or need advice post-sale?
