Their installation and professionalism of the install team was amazing. We absolutely love our fireplace from Urban Fireplaces and has become the talking point of our entire deck. We have nothing but positive things to say about Urban Fireplaces. Dealing with Johnny in sales was a breeze. The installers, Dan and his brother (Zach) were super professional and did an outstanding job.And we LOVE the actual fireplace although the dog loves it the most. We cut the use of our central gas furnace significantly. We basically only used the furnace in the winter to warm up in the morning and then the fireplace took over until bed. Our only regret is not doing this earlier!

Had to replace our outdated fireplace with a zero tolerance one so the tv could be mounted lower and have custom built cabinets on each side. Andy and the crew are the best! We just had a new gas fireplace and electric fireplace installed by Urban Fireplace and we are very happy with the excellent service and quality of the fireplaces. The new gas fireplace replaced an old wood burning fireplace and involved the removal of our old wood frame tiled mantel and drywall with a new stone mantel and drywall which Urban Fireplace helped us coordinate with an excellent contractor that they recommended to us.We dealt with Johnny at Urban Fireplace and he was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had as we went through the process of selecting a fireplace, making sure the new fireplace fit our existing firebox and new mantel, and coordinating the final installation.
