I don’t recommend going here. the customer service is horrible. Was my first time going here as it is just around the corner from where I work and I wanted to get an ankle wrap and ibuprofen after rolling my ankle a couple days ago. The lady blocked me from going to the self check out, then hovered after I declined her. I was the only one in the store that got this treatment. Always a pleasure to be treated like a criminal for simply existing.

I went to Shoppers to get some passport photos done and I have never had a worse experience. The woman taking my photo obviously didn't know how to take photos. She must have taken about 15 photos. After I'd been sitting there a while, I asked what the issue was and she said the photos were too dark. If that was the case, then she could have easily made some adjustments to the settings of the camera, but instead she suggested that my face was too dark because I wasn't sitting close enough to the light behind me. But the light behind me isn't going to adjust the exposure on my face. After sitting there for a few more failed photos, I got up and left.This really infuriates me because it's difficult enough getting a passport (with the 6+ months you have to wait), so I expect my passport photo to be taken by someone who actually knows what they're doing. It also gives me anxiety to think of this person doing passport photos for other people, because if they are anything like the photos she did for me, then their passport application would get denied. PLEASE, Shopper's, either hire someone experienced and skilled at doing passport photos, or stop offering this service.

The worse customer service ever I experienced In Canada. Always they miss the prescription and no body is detailed oriented. They don't bother to explore every possibility and right a way send you to see your doctor which he has been sent his prescription to the pharmacy. Always they find a third person to blame. I believe either their staff not educated or handicap by office equipment like fax machine, or their equipment is broken. by the way I will give them last chance to gain back my trust. Otherwise, I will go to another privet pharmacy. I don't recommend for being their permanent patient at all.

Every time I come to this location the female asian decent lady by the name of Lara in the cosmetic section and her associate male asian decent named Tan or Tam follow me around the store, ask to hold my items which I have in the basket and watch me in every corner. At first I didn’t think much of it until every time I go in there it happens. My most recent trip there I over heard another customer make a comment that they seems to constantly follow them around as well. Very uncomfortable atmosphere, that seems to be an odd reoccurrence. Especially when I am a PAYING repeat customer.

Pictures for Passport Renewal Disaster!Whatever you do at this location, DO NOT get your passport pictures taken. My application for renewal was rejected by immigration Canada due to the pictures being too dark. When I spoke to the manager (Paul) about it and handed him the pictures, he immediately said Oh

I'm disappointed that Shoppers Drug Mart is protesting the government's decision to ban plastic bags. Instead of switching to paper bags, they insist on using alternatives that are often unavailable at checkout. While many small stores in Vancouver have made the switch to eco-friendly options, Shoppers seems to be lagging behind and promoting pollution. This choice sends a message that they don't care about the planet or their customers. It's frustrating and concerning.

I probably should have read the reviews before coming to this Shoppers Pharmacy location because my goodness, to say the customer service was horrible was an under statement.I came to get my second booster shot and had some questions about it and when answering the questions the pharmacist owner, Genette, rushed through the answers really making me feel like I had no right to asked these questions. But I asked them anyway because that’s how you educate yourself on these things. After she took my information, I was unclear of where to go and after 10 mn of waiting while hearing laughter in the background, I was let in and again same thing, rushed process, no warmth and really just feels like they’re trying to get rid of you.Every step of the way I felt like I was a nuisance more than anything. I hope they can do better because while I know my worth, you don’t know what what someone is going through in their day and no one should be made to feel this way.

Dragona is a absolute joke , rude and on her phone the entire time ….definitely not on her element , she made me feel cheap and did not want me to try a cologne I wanted to try before buying it … telling me that everyone try and go …. she make me try it with the look … and now I will buy my cologne somewhere else for sure now … actually on my way to a other store where I will feel more like a customer .. stay away from that place is you don’t want to get look down

Clean inside...no transients..unlike the davie location.. 2 levels. . Parking is a biatch.
