The Mobile Shop

Caelan and Justin provided outstanding customer service! It was definitely not what we were expecting at all. It's very hard to find good customer service these days. I highly recommend going to this shop for any mobile needs.

Never been to this store, but I am sure it's a good place to shop. I urge everyone to support local stores during the pandemic.

Sold me a phone that I was told would suit my purposes. Within 2 months there was no enough space on the phone for it to download the update to the software to run it. I had no apps, no photos, etc. They agreed they made a mistake and sold me a new phone (Moto G) that would suit my business purposes, so they said. Turns out this phone is well known to not ring, miss calls, freeze, turn off randomly on it's own, etc. It is GARBAGE. I took it back to the Mobile Shop who said they would put me in a tiny little old S4. No thank you. So I'm stuck paying $400+ for this garbage phone that you CAN'T USE AS A PHONE. Outrageous. I highly recommend you skip the Mobile Shop and go direct to your provider, where they can take care of you and will take your phone back if it's defective or offer you a reasonable replacement option.

My sister recommended I shop for my new phone at this location, because Katie and her staff are awesome! Absolutely got me the best deal I could ask for! Offered pc points with my new phone, I used some to get a new case and protect my phone. Absolutely the best place to go. Thank you Katie, Jordan and Sonya!

Caelen is super. I got a new phone right away and she was always looking for my best option. Best customer service I have encountered in years.

Got a new phone here last week. Aaron was very helpful and informative. Hooked me up with a new phone for a great deal and got a bunch of pc points to boot. Very friendly and knowledgeable

Jordyn offers exceptional customer service, anytime I go there. Always helpful. Tries his best to make the customer happy. Have been with them for years now. Best plan. wont switch over after comparing plans and service.

They didn't have what I was looking for but they directed me to another store where I might be able to find it.Social distancing and masks were required and appreciated.
