This location has been my favourite until lately.I asked for no/very low foam and this is what I get! My Green Tea latte was almost quarter empty … what’s going on? I paid over $7 for this drink and this is not the first time!Com’on game up and make the drinks right, don’t cheat us!!!

every time i'm at this location (often) no matter if it's two people infront of me or more, i wait in this drive thru for a minimum of 10 minutes usually it's more. it's absolutely ridiculous

Very convenient because I work at the same plaza. But every time I come in the cashiers or baristas never a HI or HOW ARE YOU? Probably because I don’t look CANADIAN ENOUGH? I feel they are pretty RACIST, unprofessional. I rather go to Tims across the street, much better SERVICE and better COFFER!

Every single worker at this cafe is so kind. Major shoutout to Riley, Jess, Matty, Myra, Sherry, Sienna and Ashley for the friendly service! I always do my work here and you all make me feel like I'm a part of a little community! Thanks for the great service <3

I'm not a huge Starbucks fan. I normally get my Double Cream across the road but do enjoy this location from time to time.The service has always been above average and the coffee is good. I've tried different hot and cold drinks and have been pleased.Overall this is a great place to hang out but I don't think I'd come here every day.

Service is good. Table outside need to disinfect from time to time for another guest though. Drinks are always refreshing.

They've got a drive-thru going constantly and still efficiently cater to the in-person customers. They had an absolute Karen storm through while I was there (she had a meeting in negative 2 minutes, bright pink leggings, couldn't comprehend that ordering coffee during rush hour might incur unexpected delays, asked for a refund or immediate service) and they handled it with poise. Good service, good operation, good turnaround.

I can't believe they will sell you this for 7 bucks and hand it to you knowing it feels half empty with a smile. This location should be ashamed to be short-changing it's customers like this. They are too inconsistent these days and wont be going back.

Used the mobile app for a coffee traveller at 10:20am, by the time I received it it was 10:50am. Expressed concerns as I saw some of the coffee traveller sitting behind the coffee bar for about 10 minutes to which the young gentlemen at the cash replied “miss, we are clearly busy”Found a few of the employees quite rude, even though I empathized and understood it was busy. No apologizes or customer service AT ALL. I think some culture training for newer employees would helpful.
