My Sister just placed an order for 3 cases of heavy-duty locking foam mats. We drove from Windsor to London in 1 1/2 hours. Thee salesperson knew who we were right away. The people working there were friendly and loaded my Sister's van and we were back on the road right away. A real pleasure doing business with them.

For the most part my experience was very good. My only complaint is when I got the item home, after taking all afternoon to put it together, the final piece/ bolt wouldn't fit as the hole had been drilled or punched on an angle instead of where the hole was supposed to be. So my chin up bar on my verticle knee lift is missing a bolt. I'm going to have to figure out how to drill out the hole through metal which will not be easy. I guess I could just bring it back, but taking all day to disassemble it again plus another $25 cab ride is not appealing at this point. The customer service however was good.

I called this afternoon to see if they had the floor mats in stock, they said yes. When I told them how much I needed they said to order online (to make sure someone did not come and purchase them before I could get there) but they told me I could still come today to pick up. We arrived 2-1/2 hrs later(had to drive from Windsor), and they were ready and waiting for us upon arrival. They young gentlemen carried the boxes out and placed them in my van. An awesome customer service experience. Thank you!

Had an excellent experience! Discovered a very very nice store, with nice display, airy. Very nice equipment at good prices. I highly recommend it. Worked out all my live, did power lifting and martial arts (4th degree black belt). They have nice and interesting stuff. Easy to get to (drove from Kitchener).

This store has lots of racks and good custom service.Went here to buy a home gym for myself. Their prices were pretty good compared to anywhere else.They have a wide selection of racks and weights.They don't have very good bars. The employee ended up helping me find the equipment I needed.I returned most of the weights I bought and ended up getting coated iron. The return policy was easy to do and I had no problems.They are probably the best priced racks.I would suggest going elsewhere for bars though.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. I've exclusively dealt with Remzi so I can't comment on other staff but he is fantastic. I've purchased a few pieces over the last month and everything has been great. Their pricing is cheaper than anywhere else I've looked including amazon.

It was great going and picking up my order at the London store. The young man at the store helped me load it too. My only complaint is a friend of mine came with me for the trip for dumbbells and the stock for the heavy ones were pretty limited, plus shot from when they prepped the part for paint was still in the product so it fell out everywhere when I was putting it together but all in all very satisfied
