Le vendeur est souvent absent. Il verrouille la porte pendant une vingtaine de minutes alors que le magasin devrait être ouvert. Très frustrant d'y aller et de se heurter à une porte fermée.

Depuis ma première visite j'ai été très bien servis. les employés sont professionnels, respectueux et gentils, ce sont du bon monde.je suis consciente que ce n'est pas toujours facile travailler dans ce milieu j'ai trouver qu'ils était assez patients et je leurs remercient pour leurs bon services.JE SOUHAITE A TOUT LES EMPLOÉS UNE TRÈS BONNE ANNÉE SURTOUT EN SANTÉ!!!!

huge SCAM! Manager is very rude - i bought a ps4 controller and asked at the time « if it doesn’t work, will I get a refund. »I was assured a couple times that they test all of them and they work, but if not I have 30 days for a refund. The controller doesn’t work, I tried everything with no luck so I brought it back only to be told they can only offer store credit. The manager, a short man with long brown hair was honestly really unnecessarily mean and even when I agreed to take store credit he kept making rude comments to the point where I actually had to ask him to please stop while I wait for the (much nicer) cashier to print out the store credit - i mentioned i just broke up with my boyfriend and i don’t want another one and he started making fun of me for not being with my boyfriend anymore? weird experience, I will never go back.

Such a scam!! The people working here are nice but the manager clearly coerces them to rip people off. They sell broken products that they assure are all tested". I spoke to a friend this morning and found she had the same experience. I would try another shop or honestly

I've bought things from this store a couple of times and both times the items don't work. It's always a gamble I suppose with pawn shops however I think it's made worse with the fact that the store owner has always been so arrogant. I think it's worth getting items off Facebook marketplace because in my experience the people on there are more reliable and honest than the owner of this shop. Judging by other's replies it seems I am not the only one! Save your time and money, go somewhere else!

C'était désagréable de visiter cet endroit, les employés ne veulent pas voir les clients, ils refusent nous servir en restent derriere le comptoir.Quand on vu deplacer quelque chose pour voir les autres articles cacher derriere, ils nous disent de le faire par nous-mêmes à nos risques.Il y avait un grand mop avec l'eau sale au plancher, j'ai failli accrocher en marchand dessus. Il n'y a absolument aucune orientation client!Le sentiment c'est que cet endroit recrute les employés qui ne savent que fumer jonkey, potentiellement dangereux pour la poublique.Je ne recommend pas cette place a visiter!
