got my ipad pro fixed here last month, was incredibly happy with the service and speed! i ran all around the city (including to the apple store in the same mall) and only found people who wanted to either sell me a whole new ipad or simply told me it wasn't possible to fix. the polite young man here told me the problem, ordered the part to fix it, and had it done within an hour. prices were reasonable/affordable and he answered all my questions. the ipad works perfectly now, thank you so much :) if i have any devices that need a fixing in the future this will be my go-to shop!

Extremely disappointed, would recommend to avoid at all cost!I came and got couple new cell cases and a $40 screen protector with the understanding it has a lifetime warranty . 3 days later I had the cell in my pocket and the screen protector totally shifted sideways by half an inch ... I popped by and was replaced with no issues nor cost. Couple weeks later I noticed it keeps moving all over after I carry the cell in my pocket ... was too busy to pop by WEM just for that but today I had time and popped by again to get it replaced as it was not sticking in some sections from dust.After the replacement was done I'm told I owe %10.50 for replacement as warranty doesn't cover it for free . Totally was lied to and set up to spend more money . Any other location would be better and with actual warrenty.

Bought a phone case and a screen protector, broke the next day.Horrible don’t waste your time.

I was looking all over the city and the interest for a specific team branded case. I went to WEM and came across this location (one by the ice rink) and WOW I am amazed by their service. There was only one person on shift - and so many people came to shop. I don’t know how he did it but he managed to attend to everyone! He even called other locations in the mall to get the case I wanted and got the other kiosk to bring it done. I am beyond thrilled with the service he gave me today! Very much recommend them

I was here to buy a case for my broken iphone, staff working there noticed the phone and offered me to fix it in 15minutes.They did the perfect job and fixed my phone in front of me. And price was reasonable. Appreciate their service. They were so friendly and helpful.

I got my phone fixed here, the service was quick and customer friendly. and have no issues with the screen and is like brand new now. thank you guys. i strongly recommend this place for repairs and accessories.

Wanted to fix my camera and took my device here. It took 30 minutes and was pleased with the speed. Even after noticing a problem with the camera losing focus the staff apologized and quickly fixed it. Aside from the inconvenience of going back, this was a super pleasant experience for a super low price.

a very rude person, and he did not want to return the money for the product, or exchange or return the money, when I told him that the product was poor quality, he made fun of me. do not buy in that store

Absolute garbage , took a phone in he said he had the right screen,installed the wrong one. My wife brought it back and he said he would order a new one. Brought phone back again with a new crack ( because it was the wrong screen and jammed in there) he then tried to make us pay again for the new parts...stay away at all costs!!! Waterpark location!
