Our salesperson was Philippe Belec and he was excellent. Always ready to help us and solve the problems we were having.The only bad experience was the delivery of the pool. Even though I had included all the details in the confirmation, the driver did not have the right equipment and we needed to unload the pool from the truck ourselves with his help!

Came here looking for a drainage plug but wasn't really sure where in store to find it. I was hoping to be assisted by a store employee but not even one person approached to see if I required help and it's not like the store was busy at the moment. I saw other clients being assisted but not me...I wonder why?The cashier finally helped me, I didn't get her name, just before I walked out she was very kind and very helpful. She should be the manager here because she understands what CUSTOMER SERVICE truly is.

An honest review of our experience with this companyThe contract and signing were very quick (not surprising given the amount of money our project cost). Dates were promised for beginning of June 2023.The first step was for designers to come to our home. This designing team was several weeks late thus, causing everything to be delayed. I had to call repetitively to check-up and everyone seemed unaware of the progress and when this team would be coming. Due to this, the license was late and thus, the pool started being dug out in end of July 2023. During this process there were some complications i.e. contaminated soil, old pool in the ground etc. (extra charges) which we agreed too however, the company added a lot more than what they had originally told us which added a significant amount to the bill. Once the excavation was completed, the pool was installed however, professionals would be sent to the home without notice although I had asked that they call in advance. Several teams were sent repetitively and nobody is aware about anything (no communication whatsoever and no care in the world). Once the pool was completed, they left my front yard like a JUNK YARD and expressed that this is normal. I had to express to them that they charged me significant money to decontaminate my backyard however, felt comfortable contaminating my front yard. In addition to this, they broke my fence post (in which I paid extra to have little machinery), left me with a ramp in which I can drive a twelve-wheeler in my backyard, and contaminated the original rock I had in my driveway. The “charger de projet” (person supposedly who is in charge of our file) had no clue what was happening however, pretended like she new when it was confirmed to me that she had no idea of the extra charges and everything else that happened while their company was working in our backyard. This “professional’s” service left me in completely awe given that she is the one who is supposed to have full charge and understanding of the project that I paid significant amount to complete. The service offered by this worker was completely unacceptable (full of attitude), not understanding to our needs and completely unaware and disconnected from the projects she is signing off on. Regarding the installation of the pool liner, this took several days and for some of those days nobody can give us an answer on when this individual would be coming to finalize the work. Once he came back, he explained that some pieces were broken in the box and that somebody would come back within 2-3 days however, I STILL DON’T KNOW WHEN THIS PERSON WILL BE COMING BACK. We had to explain to Trevi (a company that is supposed to be professional) that leaving our front yard a mess is unacceptable and thus, they would need to come back and clean the mess. The company agreed however, we are still waiting and have no clue of when or when this will happen therefore, my front yard still looks like a junk yard.My experience was a nightmare. Never in 1000 years I would refer or recommend anyone to do projects whether big or small with this company. I have never witnessed a company with such unprofessionalism and no care in the world like this company (TREVI). This has been a continuous back and forth with individuals who call themselves professionals however, are not helpful and continuously try to past the blame from one to another. There is a major revamp needed in this company because the service they promise is not the service that is provided. I am extremely unsatisfied and have been expressing this on a continuous basis however, this has been completely disregarded and attitude has been given by most of the employees.If I can give a negative star review then this is what I would give. I have tried to be patient but this has been absolutely unacceptable. There has been one individual (our salesperson) who has been trying and caring however, this is not enough for a experience to be positive.

I prefer this satellite store so much over the big store. Service is much better and more personable. My pool pump gave out and I was not only presented with several choices to replace it but also a lot of helpful hints to how to save money with a pump that has two speeds. Install was a breeze and the pump really does live up to its name the two speed function is fantastic as I cam now leave the pump running at all times for the season and I save 70% on my electrical bill

Trevi completly messed up my pool installation and I'm still waiting for customer service to bother responding to me. They installed the pool a whole foot away from my deck making it unaccessible with the ladder. Its not even aligned to the deck so they made no effort to do it. The worst part is that I went with Trevi because I wanted it done right. Only it looks like they dont care about quality anymore. It seems they are so busy they can demand full payment now and then have zero incentive to do anything well. I think they must outsource installers as well because they were extremely unprofessional.They never checked in with us or asked if this was ok. The pool is so far away from the deck, that the stairs do not fully reach it to be bolted in. Because of this, we must now hire a specialist to make our deck longer. We had to add pieces of wood in the meanwhile so that we could at least use the pool in the meanwhile. It looks horrible. This all could have been easily avoided had the team spoken to us and consulted us.We messaged customer support days ago and they never even bothered with a response about this issue.If you're going to get a pool installed, I'd avoid trevi until they decide that quality and customer service is important to their business again.

I was very disappointed by the service at this location, i want to buy my pool ladder and i felt like no cares enough to help . After buying it i went home and after opening it i realized they gave me the wrong ladder , and when i went to refund it the manager completely refused to do so i ended up to exchange it. And for sure i will never go back to this store anymore.

Very disappointed with the overall service that was provided. The problems that we continue to experience since the signing of the contract in June is still ongoing as we quickly came to learn that no department communicates with one another. There are delays in processing, with little responses from the sales representative and leader, installation team and most of all, very little accountability from anyone at Trevi. It is not acceptable to refer us to Trevi head office when we need a resolution to a simple request. We are very discouraged knowing that we had spent so much effort on calls (they always go to voicemail), emails and texts chasing to get answers. No client should experience this.

Usually get decent service here but today I waited 45 mins to get water tested. Which is not the problem, I get it , it’s pool season. But to wait that long and to be told afterwards that no more chemicals in stock is really poor service. Simpler to leave a note at the door with this information so your customers can decide if it’s worth the wait for the test or not. I would have come back another to get everything I need. Ah well, Walmart is fully stocked and products are less expensive. I prefer dealing with experts in pools but clearly not experts in service. This is not a knock on the person who assisted me but to the management who are clueless.

I recommend never purchase the installation they try to sell you , worst service I have ever seen. Bought a thermo heater and a pump , and paid for installation, everything was placed all they had to do was connect the tubing , left them all new fittings and the result was !!!!They left my old fitting that leak, cut my tubes in half and added 10’ of new tubes to the old ones ! NEVER AGAIN!!! DISGUSTED!!!!

I installed my inground pool in 1982 and since I have changed the liner at least 4 time.Last fall I obtained a quote to replace it in early spring. When I phoned the company they told me they could no longer do the replacement for the previously agreed price, due to COVID, but could not even guarantee replacement this year.As the liner was leaking I went to Trevi, with whom I had never done business, where I met Mr Paul Desmarais, who not only agreed to do the work for slightly less than the amount originally quoted by their competitor, but also guaranteed delivery by June 27. We signed a contract on May 23, the same day we first met.The installation was completed by a most efficient and polite crew Friday. June 18, ten days before they were supposed to start.
