I had an excellent experience with Dr. Dhesi (surgeon), Dr. Saayman (anesthesiologist), and other staff at the Royal View Surgical Center with my surgery to address issues caused by an erupted wisdom tooth and associated complications. Trust, care, competence, attentiveness, and mutual knowledge (the doctor's knowledge of the patient as well as the patient's knowledge of the doctor) are important to me when it comes to the doctor-patient relationship.I went to see Dr. Dhesi for a second opinion after I saw a different oral surgeon for the same issues who painted a very complicated picture of my diagnosis and associated surgery, a post-op recovery that would have included having an intravenous antibiotic pump and hyperbaric treatments, etc. On the other hand, Dr. Dhesi pointed out that my surgery would be a very straightforward surgery and was able to get me a sooner surgery date in his clinic, as the first doctor wanted to perform the surgery in the hospital and there was a long wait time.From the very beginning, Dr. Dhesi and Dr. Saayman were confident, very assuring, approachable, caring, and very attentive to the detail of my issues and concerns. They treated my wife and me with respect and understanding by addressing our concerns and by giving us the understanding we needed before the surgery. “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care”. As part of the post-op care, Dr. Dhesi was kind enough to call me personally the day after my surgery to check on me and even took the time to talk to me over the phone a few weeks after my surgery to address my concerns. He is the kind of doctor that is hard to find these days. Dr. Dhesi truly has the heart to serve as he also served in the Canadian Armed Forces. I wish him and his family the best for the years to come.

I've been referred to Dr Deshi twice. Once in 2019 for surgery, and again this year for a second surgery.I am terrified of everything dental related as well as have alot of dental related trauma.I had my second surgery last week (07/06/23). The entire team were nothing short of being genuinely amazing! The anesthesiologist is a gem and I adore him. I had him for both surgeries. He has a way about him that automatically puts a person at ease. I'm also needle phobic. In 2019 I didn't feel him place my IV at all. Last week I barely felt it. I probably wouldn't have felt it at all were I not expecting it. I think it's also important to mention that he tells you each step as well as what to expect feeling wise, instead of simply knocking you out. I guess I had a complication during my surgery. The anesthesiologist (apologizes for not knowing your name), had a talk with me post op about it, and what steps I need to take such as making a Dr appointment about it to start.All of the nurses are fantastic as well.Dr Deshi and his team are nothing short of being absolute top notch!I cannot thank everyone enough, nor have the words for how grateful I am for every single person who were involved in my surgery, including the receptionists.Regarding the clinic itself, the waiting room is beautiful and calming. As for cleanliness, I dare say one could eat off the floor.You will be in the best of the very best hands at Royal View. If I could give more stars, I would. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

My son had his 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Sandeep Dhesi a couple of months ago and we could not have been more pleased with Dr. Dhesi and his entire staff. What a pleasant experience to have a Doctor and medical staff that are polite, competent, courteous, caring and professional. They go above and beyond, calling us on a Friday evening to check up and answering all our follow up calls with kindness. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for any oral surgery. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Dhesi about 3 weeks ago and they were fantastic. Like most I was very nervous going into it and their staff were great and explained everything to me before the procedure. I opted to get general anesthesia and when I woke up wasn't in the best state, the nurses were absolutely amazing and took really good care of me and a couple days after the surgery Dr. Dhesi called me to check up and answer any questions which I thought was really nice.If you're nervous, you'll be well taken care of at Royal View Surgical Centre!

Jan 2022, had #26 molar extracted. Had sour drainage/pain for 3 years prior. Botched root canal 20+ years before. 3 years my dentist & Dr. referred me to maxilofacials no one would accept the referral. My Dr. referred me to Mr. Banks. (Also that year I posted 2022, a comment on South Maxiofacial about their service) apparently they contact Mr. Dhesi to extract tooth. I arrived last year to expect Todd Banks to see me instead I was directed to Dhesi. Jan 2022, came in to get extraction. During extraction he said there is a root fracture" in the palatine area and asked his collogue is it into the sinus

Amazing experience!!! I got all 4 wisdom teeth removal and I was so worried about the expense and the procedure but Dr. Dhesi went above and beyond, he was so polite and understanding, as well they checked on me to see how I was healing, I wouldn't change my experience for anything in the world.

I was very nervous going in. I had to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed. Everyone in the building was very nice and dr. Dhesi and the anthesiaologist answered all my questions and they called after to follow up after the procedure to make sure everything was good! I've never had such a comfortable experience.

I got two of my top wisdom teeth and a severely broken molar removed this Friday by Dr.Dhesi. I have absolutely minimal to no swelling, very little pain and am very happy with how it went. The rest of the staff and anesthesiologist were also fantastic, so for an experience no one really wants to have, it went the best that it could have. Thank you!

I found the service to be excellent, front staff were great, Dr. Dhesi himself was above and beyond during the consult and surgery. Anesthesiologist was very calm and reassuring in explaining the process as well. Would definitely recommend
