I do think they should replace the guy who sits at the desk (the first person you see when you have an hearing). He is rude, no respect at all. Each time when I went there for an hearing, his attitude made me stressed already. Today when I was standing in front of his desk waiting for his approval to enter into the waiting room. He shouted at another nice dressed lady who just stepped off from the elevator. The lady was pretty upset, saying 'Are you talking to me?' Worst experience ever. Number one unwanted person ever...

They don't even let you submit claims any more.They tell you to take an appointment, you call, they don't let you make appointments even if emergency problems are happening.Civil rights of tenants in the toilet. If you want to evict, go right ahead red carpet. If you're choking on asbestos or mold? Go die, Quebec doesn't care. Let us burden the healthcare sector with sicknesses caused by negligent landlords so they can privatize that, too!Make a complaint with the Protecteur du Citoyen, they cannot treat something as important as housing safety this way.

I really think they need to think about replacing the ignorant security guys working here. I went to this office on Apr 28th. The judge from my hearing ordered me to deposit evidence at this office. I arrived at the lobby and two security guards stopped me asking me for reservations. I didn't have one, because this was an order from the judge. I told them my situation and asked them if they could go talk to a clerk who understood the process. They refused. One of them couldn't speak English btw, but whatever I could speak French. I asked them if they are clerks working for Regie, if not they should not decide on their behalf. They were not responsive. At last I asked for their name so I can file a complaint. One of them exploded and yelled at me, I WON'T GIVE YOU NAMES! WHY YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN? YOU SHOULDN'T COMPLAIN!" I was so shocked because they can't just tell me I can't file a complaint. I left but I still filed a complaint

I have been trying to contact them via phone for over a week and everytime i request to speak to someone it just says Our clerks are currently busy please try again later"I need an urgent request.. would be nice if someone answered me as im tired of continously calling numerous times a day to have no one answer me.."

Watch out for this security guard at 1425 Rene Levesque location, I saw him verbally assault a client the other day for not speaking french. Clerks from the office had to physically restrain him.

Absolutely horrific. The judge at the May/22 hearing advised I refile noting the correct defendant which I did in 2022, twice in writing (completing the required forms)paying the required 70$ and 42$ respectively. A new court date was set for 2023 HOWEVER, the tribunal did not document nor summon the corrected defendant. Preferring not to travel 1500km until the correct defendant was summoned and documented, my case was struck March 2023 and I was invited to reapply FOR ANOTHER FEE.This is beyond absurd. Who is responsible for my financial loss if the tribunal itself cannot even summon the correct defendant as instructed based upon the judge’s suggestion? Surely someone at the Tribunal should be made accountable. I have done everything according to instruction; if I do not refile for another fee my case will be closed and I will loose a substantial amount of money. Trying to call is almost impossible.

Why should our taxes goes in a place that their job is to ignore clients. they dont answer the calls from 8:30am till end of the day. now you can not even go there to speak to them. you have to make the appointment for the next 2-3 weeks if you are lucky. I went once by appointment and there was no body, and no body- I mean it- in their office and just after long time one agent came out to serve me. so empty and not busy at all but they dont answer the calls and dont accept you without appointment. so bad....

Quebec are so cheap, they can't afford customer service!! No matter what time or which day I call, I was never able to talk to someone to ask questions regarding my lease.Worst customer service!!

Worst customer service! Worst then the managment of the buildings! To deposit documents you have to wait one hour even if the agents are there.The agents they don’t care about people here at all, and they say it clear that’s not my problem, the administration need upgrade the process of hiring the proper people to assist.
