Browns Socialhouse Okotoks
Went to Browns in Okotoks with our Son for dinner to celebrate his birthday. Our server Malina was very nice and friendly, our starters came out and the food was really good. Then came the mains, only two of the three mains came out and they were cold. Malina took one of the plates back as the whole plate was cold. The last main came out and it was cold also.Thankfully though Malina spoke to the manager who came over (cant remember his name but, really nice, polite and professional young man) right away and he took charge of the situation. The staff went out of their way to make it up to us. The kitchen re fired the steak and when it came out it was perfect. Despite the small clitch in the middle we had a really nice experience made so by Malina and the manager. We will not be put off by this and will definitely be back.Thank you guys for going above and beyond tonight, your attitude and handling of the situation was very much appreciated.Trevor & Karen

I thought it would be busy, but quite slow for lunch business. Such a beautiful location. The patio is amazing even at the end of Oct. Friendly, efficient staff eagerly attended to our every need. The food was delicious and plentiful. Casey our sever was very capable and pleasant. Thank you.Update: the manager commented and after hearing from him, I feel that their overall attention to detail and their exceptional food deserves the additional star. I really look forward to my next visit.

Ethan and Emily ensured that our latest visit was the best one yet. Anniversary celebration that was paired with smiles and great steaks and wine, veggies, pasta and a burger between the 4 of us. Special dessert treats this time too. Thanks to Matthew for his attentive staff - we appreciated it!

Had a great experience here! Great atmosphere that felt very welcoming and friendly/patient staff. Had the #28 DRAGON BOWL which was delicious and the perfect portion. 10/10 would go back!

We came here for a big family lunch celebrating two birthdays. They did the required checks at the door, and we were quickly seated. Service was simply outstanding and our meals were all great portion size and great tasting. I would definitely come back here!

First time eating here.Ambiance 7/10Service 9/10Food 9/10Pleasantly surprised, I went in not having any pre conceived notions.The dishes we ordered were all well presented and all tasted pretty good.

First off my apologies, I was hungry when we got our food and started eating before pictures. Absolutely delicious food. Service was great! A little slow in the kitchen but the waitress was amazing! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the inconsistency of food. 2 steaks order both med rare and only 1 came perfect. Other was over cooked and way to salty. If the kitchen stepped there game up a little bit, it would’ve been 5 stars for sure!!

This is my second time here. Once again, the food was great and the server was excellent.Also, an extremely clean wash room.There was a group of us and everyone was very happy!Browns Social HouseThis is our first time at this location. I ordered a Smokey Hamburger with a side of Ceasar Salad.The meal was very good and the hamburger was tasty.The establishment is very clean (including the washroom), and there is an outside area where we had our meal (nice atmosphere). The servers where very friendly and I was asked by several staff if I needed assistance while I was looking around.

Ordered through skip. Final price was $40 for 3 ladles of gravy and a handful of calamari. I guess you can't trust delivery because if I was there in person this would be unacceptable.

Browns Socialhouse Okotoks
Food is always good. Patio is awesome. My favourite restaurant by far. Server was pretty slow bringing refills. Probably should ease up on the ice so you don’t take two sips and your iced tea is empty. Over all, great place to grab some food!
