Professional Home Inspections
My first encounter with Paul Studholme (Certified Master Inspector) was that of a warm welcoming unassertive and friendly person. The way in which he undertook the inspection was exemplary, professional and a wealth of knowledge ready to share. His eye for detail and explaining his findings were that of a person who not only took his craft seriously but took no shortcuts. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who asked me if I knew of a certified master inspector. It was indeed a pleasure and a privilege.

Professional Home Inspections
It was a delightful experience working with Paul. He is a total expert and his many years of experience shined brightly. He looked at the house we are hoping to buy very thoroughly and not only identified the issues with the home, but he also provided expert recommendations on what we can do to fix the issues and prevent future ones from occurring. He made the home inspection less scary and more educational.
