I had their chicken caesar wrap with a side of fruit salad and it was the perfect healthy lunch! The wrap was fresh and filling. Just make sure you go early to try and beat the lunchtime rush!

Very basic sandwiches, not very fresh, they won't customize any order and it's very expensive. Not worth it.

This place used to be good. For the past couple of years I would get my lunch there at least once a month. About a month ago I got a fresh spring roll and a beat salad from there. The spring roll smelled like ammonia, but I thought that maybe it was just me. So I bit into it, only to find out that it tasted like it too, and was very stale and old. I threw it out and and moved on to the beat salad. I took the lid off the salad only to find fermented beats that smelled and tasted like nasty alcohol. From that day I never touched their food again. I hope they go back to making their food fresh, and don't serve anyone old food anymore.

The food is really good and fresh and I never really have to wait to get my food which is good. Went there 30 minutes ago and got served by a lady (same as last time). I don't know if she likes her job or not but every time I go there, she never smiles and she looks annoyed. I don't really care (I mean, I'm not going to stop eating there because of that) but she keeps giving me a bag even though I said I don't want one (What is the point to ask if you give one anyway every time). Overall, I think it is a great place.

I wrote them details about one of their drivers including the license plate, who almost ran me off the road then was aggressive towards me including profanity and giving me the middle finger. Never got a response and I informed them over a week ago. I guess they don't take their image or reputation seriously.

Just had our first catered lunch, from 'Lunch,' for the staff at our clinic; it wasn't only delivered, it was presented. Exceptional quality and creative menu. Thanks.

I've always had friendly service and a great lunch. Some of the items are a little expensive but you are getting premium products; i.e. meats from Seed to Sausage and other local suppliers.

Really gross meatball sub on a stale bun. The older man running the cash was wiping his runny nose up with his hand and then touched my sub - ew. Overpriced garbage. No wonder this place had the fewest people at lunchtime. Unfriendly service from mister wipey nose as well.

They make delicious, creative soups, but I find the food in general to be pretty expensive for what you get. I'd love to see them change up their cold sandwiches/wraps to provide a more diverse selection.

I had lunch at the integration centre and The lady that was there was so cool and so nice… Like above and beyond with my son… Called him little buddy and offered him some things to eat… Because he was being really shy… She's really nice with me everything was smooth I had a great experience there. Great food. Great service. Highly recommended
