It is clear in messages and is helpful in lessons. The staff are always understanding and kind, answering questions with ease!Edit: I had to take a star off because, while many of the staff are kind and helpful, most others aren't. It took me almost five months to get back into the program I was assigned, only to be kicked out not even a week after for not knowing certain things they failed to properly teach me due to the tools being wrong or just not working. And this issue was brought up to them countless times by the instructors. Good luck getting them to listen when you're a student when they fail to tell you things until it's almost too late.

I’m very pleased with the way that Robertson college has helped me succeed through the Pharmacy Assistant program. I am learning so much in such a small amount of time! The instructors are fabulous and are very accommodating to your schedule, this month I had surgery scheduled and I was guaranteed that I wouldn’t lose my spot in where I was in the program. This college has certainly made me very happy.

In the beginning I was nervous about taking the HCA course but my instructor was amazing. She is professional and thorough in her teaching abilities and friendly as well and very helpful when needed. Everyone at Robertson I had contact with throughout the course was helpful and courteous which made things easier for my learning experience. If I were to take another course I would most definitely do it through Robertson college and highly recommend others to this school. Thank you everyone!!!!

Personally I would not recommend this school. I would recommend that you go literally anywhere else. Half of their courses are not accredited which means that you spend a lot of money for a program that has zero recognition in the corporate world. I did not feel that the instructors were very well trained or had a lot of experience with the subjects they were teaching either. It was not a positive experience, and I hope this saves someone else from losing/wasting money.

The top instructor at Robertson is Mr. Hassan. I successfully completed my pharmacy assistant program at Robertson College. All of my professors have been incredibly kind, knowledgeable , and helpful, but Mr. Hassan stands out as the best one I've ever had. He genuinely cares about his students' success. He goes through each and every topic in great detail, paying close attention to the students' reactions to determine whether they are all understanding, and he keeps repeating if he have to, to make sure everyone is understanding everything. Because of the small class sizes, teachers are actually able to assist any student who requests assistance. You will appreciate your classes here because of how welcoming the setting is overall.

Right now, I am only be giving two stars. Why?I am currently taking Assistant Pharmacy program and I feel like my teacher is not good at all. She is not knowledgeable at all about the subject matter. She is basically a book based teacher. A teacher who’s just gonna send links and let us watch the video. FYI the youtube videos are way better than her. The way she explained all the example were only based on what she reads. After One example that’s it and move on to a new topic. At least give two or three examples with you at least get a mini white board or at least show the proper solutions to the power point. She expects us just to get it right away.Teachers should master the topics they have to teach or share to their students. And do not just based on books without actually understanding it. Sorry but I am just being honest.During virtual class you couldn’t even ask a question because she just wants us to email her every time we have a question even though you we can just simply ask a question after her discussion but no, she just stopped the class and ask us to email her. Maybe because she couldn’t handle a question at all. Her examples are always easy and when we do the assignments and quizzes there are kind of question we aren’t even familiar.Ps. I was excited about this course and that teacher doesn’t even giving any effort at all.I hope for whoever my next teacher will be is better than her.Thanks

Great School, I think Robertson College is a place to go. Since the beginning of my online course, my Advisor in Edmonton and Robertson Staff are very friendly and amazing people. All my instructors are very please and very supportive too.

My experience with the Robertson was great. I've read lot of negative reviews about teachers and course but for me it was totally opposite. All the teachers are helpful and care about me. It's been 9 months now and I am enjoying my studies. Teachers never deduct your marks until you did mistakes. I definently recomend others Robertson College for studies .

Great instructors! I really enjoyed my school year with everyone online and they were helpful with everything along the way, it is very flexible and easy-going. Robertson college is awesome! I highly recommend if you want to further your education.

I really enjoyed my program through Robertson. I just graduated from their Accounting and Payroll Administrator Diploma course and feel that it really rounded out my overall understanding of accounting and payroll.In addition, the Business Communication, Introduction to Human Resources, Keyboarding, and Career Prep courses were such an added bonus!After graduating I felt confident in myself and skills and was able to quickly find full time employment with fantastic earning potential.I opted for the online program due to covid-19 and the many restrictions in place.By doing this, not only did I learn to be more resourceful, but I also found that my computer skills and problem solving improved.I'd highly recommend Robertson to anyone that requires more flexibility in their learning.For the most part, the instructors were incredibly helpful and the live online classroom was a great way to ask questions, brainstorm, and get to know your other classmates.
