Want your prints done locally? Highly recommend their Powerbed fusion process. It produces the cleanest prints I've seen. Shipping is good too. Photo attached shows a part printed via Resin printer(bottom) vs what these guys made for me.

Forge Labs has firmly excelled in all the criteria I care about:1) Speed of turnaround2) Accuracy of finished object3) Cost effectivenessI have been particularly impressed by their SLA results. In the image below, the four smaller ports are designed to be 1/4 in internal diameter. The brass tube is 1/4" in *outer* diameter

I commissioned Forge Labs to create part for a discontinued product and was not disappointed. Very impressed with the 3D printed part produced by Forge Labs. The print quality was immaculate; it closely resembled a manufactured product and had absolutely no layer lines at all. The build quality is extremely accurate and the mating part slides in perfectly. I would highly recommend Forge Labs for their quality and speed!

I ordered a small batch run of enclosures in powder bed fusion using black nylon. I was very impressed with the quality of the 3D prints, it was difficult to tell it was even 3D printed. The staff were also very friendly and professional. I would definitely use Forge Labs again.

Highly recommend this place, they were super professional and helpful. Jonathan was great, but I like to give a special shoutout to Ian. He broke down details of different print type requirements and recommended the best method due to my design requirements. These guys have been so helpful and just wanted to get it right for their clients.

These guys are the real deal. The best 3D printing service in Canada and one of the best customer support experiences I have had! They were fantastic in helping me select the right printing method for my part and were very patient and responsive to messages.The part was packaged securely and the finishing was perfect. Printing time was quick 3 days and shipping to Ontario was only 1 day.Highly recommend!!!
