They helped me out when I had an issue with a previous plumber messing up a new shower faucet. They responded right away and even came back on a Friday evening to make sure I had the issue fixed for the weekend. VERY impressed with them and the customer service they provide!

I called them 2-3 times per week for nearly 5 months to have the plumbing in my bathroom updated as I'm remodeling it and never once did I receive a phone call back. When you call, you speak to the operator who takes down your information and I assume sends it to the workers. I can't say if that actually happened as they never once returned my phone call. I have never in my life had so much trouble trying to give a business money! If you want to waste your time, call Cardinal Plumbing. If you want to get the job done, just learn how to do it yourself.. it'll take less time.

When you call the company you talk to an assistant that has no information. There’s no contact information and there’s no scheduling of appointments. They only take messages and if you’re lucky enough to call back, they don’t even show for an appointment they make with you.

I only gave them one star because there is no lower rating. I called them several times about replacing my water heater without any word from them . As I’m writing this, I’m still without water. I’m beginning to wonder about their 5star rating.

Would never recommend this place for a house project. Did poor work, didn't care that they wasted a LOT of time. Paid for them to NOT fix the problem they were hired to fix, message service is a joke it's impossible to get ahold of them to talk about what they F###$$ UP. Wouldn't call them if my house was under water. I'm sure they care about they're big businesses they service but like I said as a homeowner I would recommend anyone else.
