I only wrote this review because I received an email saying Healthy Smile would like to offer Starbucks card in exchange of 5-star review. I got angry for that because I figured it was those Starbucks card and free electronic toothbrush review lead me to this unpleasant dental clinic.it is really inconvenient without a receptionist to deal with inquiries. Hard to find the location. I was strongly recommended to do an X-ray test and a bunch of simple dental instruction which I already know and can google it. Then I was told there was not enough time to clean my whole teeth. I was suggested to have half of my teeth clean, then pay on my own for the rest in next appointment. Not to mention the attitude is just bad here. I need to change the date of appointment, so I did what they wrote in the email I received, which is to send email to a certain email address. Then I got a reply indicating I not intelligent enough to figure how to change the date myself on the website.Really regret to leave my previous dental clinic for Healthy Smile and waste my insurance on them. If I had known the service is bad here, I will wait for another month for the availability of my previous dental clinic because at least they are nice and patient.

I had great experience at langara college. The hygienist who attend me was awesome. She made me comfortable the whole time while cleaning. To be very honest must recommend to visit for your dental cleaning.

I had my teeth cleaned last week, the service was amazing. The Hygienist is super friendly and made me feel comfortable during the service. I received an electric toothbrush after service. Strongly recommended!

My experience with Healthy Smile Dental Hygiene Clinic was amazing and all there dental hygienists are very accommodating. In addition in my first cleaning appointment on their mobile clinic at my college, they gave me a free electronic toothbrush. I really recommend this dental clinic.

I had a wonderful experience with my dentist, and I would highly recommend them. Kimberly was fantastic - she took her time and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I also appreciated the fact that I didn't experience any pain. Going to the dentist is usually something I dread, but this time it was actually a pleasant experience. The van is so clean, contemporary, and well-equipped with cutting-edge equipment to guarantee that all treatments are conducted precisely and carefully. The dental meticulous took the time to explain what she was doing and patiently and clearly answered all of my questions. They provide outstanding care in a pleasant and inviting setting, and I left not just delighted with my treatment but also certain that my oral health is in good hands. Overall, five stars!

Terrible service! I went this place once, somehow the insurance messed up and I ended up receiving extra money, some staff called and asking me to return the money, but then they gave you the attitude for asking them to provide proof of their righteous of the money. No explanation, no apology AT ALL! So am i supposed to give the money back to whomever called me? The guy even had the audacity claiming he doesn't have to go through the hassel of dealing with me, like i am the one to blame in this situation. If i had anything to blame in this situation, that would be my choice of WALKING INTO YOUR CLINIC. YOU ARE THE WHO WHO MESSED UP! I am the one who had to waste my precious life dealing with bad services and attitudes during final!!! Horrendous customer service, 1 star is too much for you
