I would give no stars. Never showed the day of my wedding. Left countless messages for a week prior. Kept getting their reminders of the wedding but never showed the day of. Took my money then never showed when it came down to the day. DO NOT BOOK HERE ! Met them at a wedding show

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. They abandoned us on our wedding night. No car showed up. Horrible service.Uodate: the day after the company called to apologize and offer us our money back. Appreciate the timely response so updating to 2 stars.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever!! I tried calling, texting, and emailing to arrange a pickup and never got a response. I had the drivers number from a previous pickup, so I called him to contact the office and still nothing. I had a credit on file from a previous cancelled trip and now that they have my money they don't want to pick me up. Do not call them, but I guess it doesn't matter as they won't call you back anyways.

Hi Marcus! Just wondering if you are honoring your contracts for limousine bookings (you have our deposit of $300) for the wedding we booked on October 1st, 2021. We have used your company MANY times for our travel clients and always been extremely pleased with your services but now, when we need you to respond, there has been nothing! Please do the right thing

I tried another company that I think was pretending to be Hamilton Limo and thank god I looked again. They were amazing and friendly...the girl on the phone took care of our airport car. Seriously, how hard is it to schedule a car...and it wasn't that hard once I got the right number.

I had the unfortunate experience of booking a car to take myself and a friend to the airport for a trip we had planned for months. The car that I paid for in full on my visa and with proof of confirmation did not show up to drive us to the airport. Our flights were in the morning so the car was scheduled to pick us up for 5:15 AM. When I did call to find out where the car was they simply told me there wasn't one coming. ZERO problem solving on their end. Let me tell you it's not fun scrambling to find a way to the airport and almost missing your flight as a result.The worst part of this experience was the treatment that I received from the manager when I called to speak to someone. I received an email but still did not speak to someone until I had to call again a few days later.The manager was incredibly rude, spoke over me and couldn't figure out why I was still so unhappy since I was refunded my non-drive to the airport. I mean WOW...she did offer me a whole 10% off my next service. What a way to make up to a client for completely messing up.Mistakes happen but it is in the way that customers are treated when they do that make a huge difference. As a result of the managers rudeness in a situation that could have been totally avoided and handled completely differently I have no choice but to never refer Hamilton Limo to anyone. Even when I asked to speak to an owner I received no information from this manager. I just heard lots of sighing and annoyance on her end.I hope this nightmare never happens to anyone else. As I normally only like to post positive messages I felt strongly that people should know how one person's rudeness can make a situation that much worse.

I tried to book with this company for my wedding. I requested a quote pre-covid and didn’t book it right away as I was unsure as to what our plans would be. Once I knew we were going ahead as scheduled, I reached out to book with that reference number. I never heard back, so I requested another quote. Never heard back again. I tried calling multiple times and left multiple voicemails only to get nothing back in return. I finally decided to go with another company as my wedding was quickly approaching and I realized I couldn’t rely on this company. I’m really disappointed as I’ve heard great things about this company previously.

Well let’s see….. you took my money in February when I booked for my wedding August 1…. Now that it’s two weeks away… no response. No email back. No call back. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks. Luckily it’s not my actual wedding day and I’m just finding out that you scammed me for my money and left without a ride. Basically I’ve clearly been scammed.

The driver was soo rude. Other than that good service on the phone while booking. This was back in September for our wedding.
