Ciot is one of my 'go to places' for sourcing unique and high quality tiles for my clients. I never have a doubt that I will find most of what I am looking for, Julia who is my rep there is FANTASTIC and I consider her part of my team to get the job done and service my clients properly.

Wide collection of man made stone and marble.Lots of ceramic tiles big size and small size up to nicle size.I love their selection of colors and tiles.Various dark and light. But nothing flamboyant...I do like how they organize the big tile with the smaller matching mosaic and sometime they added a picture. This makes it easy to choose or see the stone in a true setting.The reps on the floor are also helpful. They all approach me to assist me despite the fact that I dropped by unannounced.I would cone back.

I really appreciated all of Sandra's help with my tile order. Right from the start, she gave good advice about tile choices and was super patient with all my questions and emails. She took the time to answer every question in a kind and gracious way. Thank you, Sandra!

I bought a significant amount of tiles from Ciot (Lawrence Av.). Overall a very pleasant experience. Everyone there is polite and helpful. However I want to give a special shoutout to Jessica, the salesperson I mainly dealt with. Can't tell you how painless she made the process of helping in selecting tiles. She has a great personality making it easy to talk to her and she neverput any pressure on us to buy no matter how many times we went to the store. But her biggest strength is her after sales service. This is where most salespeople/vendors falter. They lose interest in the client as they are not going to get any more commissions. Jessica remained consistent and went above and beyond wherever/whenever I needed help. I sincerely want to thank her for her amazing service.
