Went on may 15, to ask about walk in for blood work. Waited half an hour standing in front of the receptionion, waiting patiently for receptionist to acknowledge my presence. She chatted happily with her colleagues when they came to see her. She left and return few times, talking and laughing with others in the other room, all this time not looking once in my direction, totally ignoring my presence. I was right there in front of her, looking at her and she avoided me deliberately. I left.On may 17, me and my husband return for blood test. The same receptionist, this time ignoring an old woman with a bad ankle who was asking her how long she has to stand up waiting, cause she was waiting long enough and her leg was hurting. Receptionist just ignored her, pretending she didn't hear a thing. Same story with my husband. He just got fed up standing and waiting in front of her to be acknowledged but completely being ignored. So he left. Same story with me, again. This receptionist is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I also left and we went to Life lab where they are fast, polite and efficient. A different world. We' ll never go again to Med hub lab.

I came to this lab for the first time. Everywhere is clean and spacious. Staff were kind and helpful. The nurse explained the procedure well and informed me. I felt comfortable. Thank you .

Nice and polite staff who were also quick and efficient. The facilities were clean. Went in thinking I would be an hour and was done in about 10 or so min. Will definitely go back.

The Labs and waiting areas are very clean, and the staff are pleasant. The technician, Nicole (Ping), was very efficient, painless and friendly. The only down side is the waiting room which was too small but then again more staff might have been needed to process everyone quickly. Otherwise, it was a very good experience.

I would have given 5 stars , but I waited just over an hour. At no fault of the technician working because she was the only working.She was pleasant and timely and professional.That woman was running the entire place on her own.That woman deserves a raise!

I went in today to do bloodwork and EKG. I've done blood work at this location before and preferred it due to fast times and kind staff. But after today I will never again. Bloodwork was fine, as usual. I then went to go do my EKG. I have done one before, it's a heart test and you are to be shirtless. BUT COVERED. I'm biological a women. I was not giving a covering, and was told to use my shirt. I covered myself with my shirt which then was REMOVED by the doctor I had and I was left exposed for the entire test. This might not seem like a huge issue, but I am newly 18, and I know regardless of my age this test is fully do-able covered. I was also actively crying during the test due to being exposed and the doctor didn't even acknowledge it. Crying so much when I got off the table the paper had marks from my tears. This shouldn't have happened.

I was there for a blood test for the 4th time and never had an issue earlier but today suddenly they said they will not accept my doc's e-sign. They wouldnt even do my blood test and get a go reach the doctor later which is the protocol. If thats not enough let alone working with me to resort this the incompetent receptionists/technicians would not even talk to me. They asked me to call the Med Health which we did then refused to talk to them and said we have to use their phone. When we hung up and asked to use their phone they did not let us. they wouldnt talk to us or the med health professional we got on the phone and kept telling me they cant do my blood test. I am not sure if they didnt like my face today or whatever the reason was but the the bottom line is my blood test which was suppose to happen today didnt happen hence I will have to cancel my doctors appointment for such appalling incompetence from these two women. I am not sure how they were hired for this job. I will tell this to anyone who would listen but I want this addressed. I would really like to know why the protocol was not followed today and my doctor's requisition was rejected for no reason.

The most horrible and stressful experience today from both staff members present at this location, they refused to follow protocol or help us.We went in for a blood work for my wife which was time sensitive and critical to her medical plan. They staff refused to accept our requisition stating they do not accept electronic signature ( they have accepted it before). They refused to follow protocol which is to take the blood sample then confirm with the practioners office.Instead they asked us to call the Medhealth main office for clarification. When I called them from my phone and explainde the situation the MHLabs staff on the phone asked us to speak with the branch location staff. Staff refused to speak to their own headoffice stating you need to call them from the Labs phone (?????). So when I asked them to let me use the Labs phone instead they refused to let us do so.My wife was traumatized with this experience all the while she is supposed to keep her stress levels down.In our understanding the staff was inconsistent, ill informed, insensitive, unwilling to provide us with information. One staff was who was rude and could not communicate in English properly other staff basically was non responsive and appeared disinterested in helping us.We were denied a time sensitive test for no reason today.I have complained to head office separately and have not received a call back.

Horrible staff and receptionist - rude, inefficient and unhelpful. I see they respond to good reviews but dont even bother about bad reviews. Save yourselves time and go to life labs. Much better experience. This place should be shut down if they cant hire people with better attitude.

Online booking shouldn't be a thing if you don't have access to them. Had a morning appointment, checked in and was told to wait. After waiting over an hour and a half, someone else checked in saying they had an appointment at blank time" and went in right away. I went up and said I also had an appointment an hour and a half ago how come they went in before the other 3 including myself. She asked if I told her
