Great experience, great staff, very helpful and quick to respond to questions and always willing to help. Food was delicious. My sisters baby shower was a hit and our guests had a great time!

Had a great time here. The building was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The decorations were beautiful.The food was delicious and portions were great.Lots of parking was available.

On February 2, 2023, The Whitby Chamber of Commerce held in collaboration with the Ajax Pickering Board of Trade, Clarington Board of Trade, Oshawa Chamber, our Black History Month Event for the first time in person at the Ajax Convention Center. From quote, planning, set up to event execution everything went perfect. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very accommodating. We can highly recommend the ACC as a venue #WCC proud. We have the best members.

Attended a wedding here. It's a very nice venue. Lots of room to move around, plenty of parking and lovely decor. Their washrooms were also very clean and smelled lovely (hey that's worth mentioning!). Food was excellent and the staff were friendly.The only downside to a shared venue is the fire alarm went off so two weddings had to move outside briefly, but it all made for great fun.

Just held our baby shower at ACC. The venue was great, but the staff was fantastic! Kim was super accommodating and great to work with. She made this event stress free. Stephanie ensured the day went without a glitch under her watchful eye. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and treated us like family! Definitely will be back. Highly recommend

Terrible experience with Ajax Convention Center.. I booked a hall for my engagement party on January 20th 2023, Kim was our Sales and Event Coordinator. I was diagnosed with cancer end of December and had to start my treatment immediately due to the severity of the cancer. Since my treatment started immediately, I did not have the capacity to continue with my engagement party and when speaking with Kim, very nicely about a possible refund, she blatantly ignored my messages and responded 2-3 weeks later saying sorry we cant and never responded to the rest of my emails. Every other hall we spoke to said that they would refund us 100%. Terrible service and sales representative.. would not recommend booking here.

A wonderful venue. Very spacious and bright. The staff were attentive and courteous.A bonus: the egg salad wraps were incredible.

I was most recently here in July 2022 for a wedding as a photographer. It's a really nicely decorated venue and the staff are hard working and kind. Especially the coordinators that making sure everything is going smoothly. The venue is really convenient as it is right off of the 401. There are lots of great photo locations nearby like Ajax Rotary Park, Lynde Shores Conservation Area and Heydenshore Park. The food is also really good which is impressive for a large banquet hall. Even the vegetarian options are good. I can't wait to be back!

Amazing experience with Black Queen's of Durham Region and Carea at Ajax Convention Centre for Black History Month 2023.

Clean, well ventilated far and above a better venue then the Hilton in Mississauga for the collectible toy show. Also a snack bar and coffee, a legit one at that. Much easier to access as well via highway or GO Train.I'd say they need to be better prepared for first aid however. My friend received a cut on her hand from a plastic package at a vendor table and there didn't seem to be a plan for medical aid (or a Aid Stn) We eventually received a Band-Aid but it was a wait.
