Went in for a product with apperently 6 in stock, according to the inventory online. Unfortunately no one in the store was able to locate the product. Waste of time and gas. I suggest calling before hand to ensure that they actually have what you need and know where it's located in the store. Disappointed.

Great location for a Rona! Not as big as the others (it's a little cramped in there) but they have popcorn!! Staff are hard to find so be aware of that.

We got an electrical panel, some cable and odds and ends. The staff were very helpful and made some good suggestions. I appreciate knowledgeable experienced staff as often they make suggestions that clarify the job I am trying to do. I like that there are older work experienced people who have done things themselves. It makes for a better shopping experience and I notice how they help bring the new younger staff up to speed on courtesy and product knowledge. Thanks!

Poor safety in side store, I got hurt because they left a cart that had some sharp objects in. it was near the customer service and when I complaint about that incident, instead removing Sharp objects immediately from the Cart, customer rep. said okay I will tell some one to remove that cart.

The store is fine, the stock is pretty good. The Contractor section is great. But the ladies at the checkouts are so unfriendly, bordering on rude. Makes me hesitate to go on for my non contractor hardware items.

When I walked in the store the lady at the door didnt even acknowledge me but immediately greeted the gentleman that followed me in. Then I was there half hour before anyone asked me if I was finding everything I needed. I did eventually have too ask for help for the last item on my list. The staff that helped me were friendly and knowledgeable. Location is convenient. Prices were fair. Selection is limited.

So nice to have a hardware & lumber store in the neighbourhood, so convenient. Most of the staff are friendly and and informed. Since this a small bouquet store they don't have specialized supplies but worth stopping in to check first before going to their mother store. They have most of the lumber required and best of all it is stored outside so there are less wrapped pieces to sift though.
