AWFUL 3 times i called twice i was assured somebody would come . I waited from Wednesday to following Tuesday. My wife has cancer heating and a reliable heating company for repairs is a big deal. I'm beginning to wonder how many real HVAC specialists there are in Squamish.WE NEED MORE GOOGLE REVIEWS

I contacted Veltex regarding a furnace repair in November which was important to get done quickly for an elderly tenant. Despite being busy they got there and did the repair the same day I called. My first experience with Vertex but it was great service and I will use them in the future.

We had Veltex install our air conditioning in Whistler 4 years ago and it has worked perfectly since; we had one minor piece of the system fail and they fixed it promptly. Responsive and Easy to work with.

We tried to install our own digital thermostat - got a bit complicated, and as a result, we were without heat for a few days. I called Veltex, and despite being busy, they fit us in before their regular appointments for the day. Fast, friendly and effective work. Very happy with the service and impressed with the trouble shooting. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent customer service! I called about my furnace not working properly, and despite being busy they sent a technician later that day. He determined that we needed to replace our outdated, failing furnace. They ordered the parts, and returned the next day to complete the installation. Thanks guys!

Charged us $575 to replace a small thermocouple in our gas fireplace. Unbelievable! I discussed this exorbitant charge with them but they felt the $575 charge was reasonable.Had to replace the sameThermocouple again and this time I called Pipeline Heating and Plumbing who did the same job in one hour and for under $250.
