I had an excellent experience booking a shuttle service with Mountain Park Transportation for my trip to Lake Moraine. The booking process was easy, the shuttle arrived on time, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver was friendly. I highly recommend Mountain Park Transportation.

We used Mountain park transport to get us up to Moraine Lake when the regular shuttle bus from Lake Louise lake shore was sold out the entire day and they went a complete extra mile to get us up there, We also used them for our transfer from Banff to Calgary Airport and our driver was Richard who is a wonderful communicator , keeping us fully informed of pick up time, progress etc and gave us a very smooth ride to the airport and provided a great commentary on the way. Highly recommended and will use again without hesitation next time!

Great on time service. Very comfortable van. Our driver, Richard, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the 2 hour dive from Lake Louise so enjoyable. We even followed his restaurant tip for an excellent dinner in Calgary!

Mountain Park Transportation saved our vacation! Flight delays didn't have us arriving until 7 hours after our scheduled arrival time. We contacted MPT and Bethany worked with us to make sure that we could get from Calgary to Lake Louise that evening. Bethany, you are the best! Scott was our driver, and he is absolutely amazing. On our way to Lake Louise that night, it was like we had a private tour with Scott--he talked about the history and news of the area and places to visit. We hit a bit of snowy weather, and Scott was a total professional driving in the snow. At the end of our vacation in Lake Louise, Scott drove us back to Calgary, and we really enjoyed talking with him! I had to request a bathroom stop on the way, and Scott found a rest-stop for me. A trucker was at the stop with his dog, and Scott had doggy treats on hand. Like I said, Scott is amazing!! Absolutely book your shuttle service with Mountain Park!

We found this option the fastest way to get from the Lake Louise visitor center to the lake. Our driver was very friendly and helpful. So glad we didn’t wait to book a shuttle through the park!

Rich was an awesome driver! He was very knowledgeable on the terrain and history of the area on the way to Calgary airport.

What a friendly and relaxed driver!! More that just a driver... he shared knowledge about the area, trails and other places to visit during our stay. A very different experience than another shuttle experience we had while in Banff/Lake Louise.

Amazing service. Our driver was Richard. I liked how the night before he sent out a text to confirm the pickup. He arrived a bit early at the Fairmont and left right on time. The drive from Lake Louise was beautiful and very comfortable. He dropped me off right at the Air Canada entrance. Everything was super organized. I highly recommend this company!

I booked and paid for MPT transportation because of the convenience of front door pickup and choice of time to return. Turns out you don't have a choice on return time and their schedule is all over the place with no structure. Our driver was awesome and did his best to pick us up when we wanted but we were uncertain of when that would be and it was stated to be much later than we needed it to be. When I booked I was told I could let our driver know when we wanted to return and that was just not true. Again, the driver did his best and ended up making it work and other passengers were kind enough to squish together to let us join in with their ride as we had a schedule that we had to adhere to. If the other passengers hadn't allowed us to join them, who knows when we would have been able to return.

We don't often post reviews, but our experience with Mountain Park Transportation was so positive that we want to make sure others are aware. From the clarity of communication with us via email and text message to the promptness of the pick-up/drop-off to the friendly and courteous behavior of the drivers, to the cleanliness and smoothness of the ride, the leg of our trip serviced by Mountain Park Transportation was the best we experienced. Our driver for the return, Richard, was so friendly, seeing to all our needs during the journey and even sharing information about landmarks along the way. Every element of this shuttle service was perfect, and we will be sure to use them if we are in the Calgary area again.
